D'Angelo Russell hit 7 threes in the 1st quarter vs the Raptors, the most by any player in a quarter this season and tied for the 5th-most by any player in a quarter in NBA history. |
was 7 of 8 from three in the 1st Quarter......
Him and Clarkson's hot hands must be synced up....Clarkson went 6 of 10 from three on the same day. |

He had 24 pts in 7 minutes.
That's insane lol
Kenny Atkinson was stupid to take him out in the 1st quarter, should have let him play the quarter.
He finished with 32 pts for the game cause he was cooled off, but I think he easily gets at least 30 points in the 1st Q alone if Kenny doesn't take him out.
Kenny too married to his rotations (that I hate btw), should have let DLo keep cooking. |

I think I saw on reddit that he had 8 points on 3-15 the rest of the game. lol
Streaky as hell, he's always been. Will be interesting if that jump shot ever becomes consistent.
@DA1 I think there was just too much fighting on that thread, it's probably for the best. |

Damn
https://www.netsdaily.com/2018/3/15/17123660/a-tale-of-two-draft-picks-russell-okafor-headed-in-different-directions
But the game also saw Okafor sit ... again. Even with Jarrett Allen out with a sore foot, Kenny Atkinson decided to go with Dante Cunningham, a 6’8” power forward, at center. Okafor, three inches taller, didn’t get a call all game long and once again, there were post-game questions about Okafor’s future with the Nets.
Reporters who cover the 76ers had said the game before that Okafor was moving a lot better with the Nets than he had with Philly. But that wasn’t enough.
“The game’s not a post-up game anymore,” Atkinson said after the-game. “[I’m] going to go on a rant here. I wasn’t afraid or anything. |
