Molinari just refuses to make bogeys, unbelievably steady play.

Tiger has just played two really sloppy holes in a row for back-to-back bogeys and trails by three. Molinari has a tough up-and-down attempt on 6, though, and Tiger has a good birdie attempt. Tiger really, really needs a 2-shot swing here.

Molinari doesn't miss. Tiger does. Tiger didn't bring the flat stick today, folks.

I don't think Tiger can catch him without Molinari making a big mistake at some point for a double bogey or something.

What a display of chipping and putting by Molinari, he is working on yet another bogey free round in a major....amazing.

There's the 2-shot swing! Game on, now. Just one back for Tiger.

This is a blast. Molinari is soooo consistent and poised. Even with the miscues he's not faltering.

That putt at the 9th! If he can keep that up on the back nine . . .

Damn, Tiger just did one of my pet peeves: taking less than driver and still hitting it wayward off the tee. He did that at Carnoustie last year, too, when he had the lead on the back nine and it led to back-to-back bogeys and he never recovered. Hope that doesn't happen again here.

And he's snookered. (Bleep.)

Yeah. That hurt. He can't make any more mistakes the way Molinari is playing.

Need Schauffle to par 15 and then if Tiger can birdie it, he could have the advantage down the stretch. Lots of golf to be played, though. This is so exciting!

Never would have thought he'd get two double bogies in 4 holes.
