Watched the game from a sportsbook in Vegas, and just got back home from a nighttime drive home. The crowd there was probably 75% rooting for the Cowboys, and I saw a lot more Cowboys gear than Rams gear. I was glad to see McVay stay committed to the run, for the most part, though I didn't like one series in the 2nd half where they had 2nd and 2 and proceeded to throw two straight incomplete passes, when it was clear that they were running down their throats. Still, it was a strong win, and it's on to the next one.

I will note that Peters is a massive, massive liability out there. It really does stand out.

It's all good.

First time both of them played in the same game. Dallas was #5 in rushing defense this season but those two gashed em all night long. Every loss this season the opposing defense held us >100yds on the ground. I have hope we can take it to the Saints, who were #2 in rushing defense, if they advance.

On the other side of the ball our front seven held the NFL's leading rusher to 47yds. Great job.

Yes, the Saints were #2, but to really put this in perspective, they were only 3 yards (~.2 yard/game) behind the Bears. On the other hand, though the Dome is not friendly to visitors (the Rams had 92 yards rushing), it sure beats the hell out of Soldier Field in the winter, where the Rams had 52 yards rushing.

As for the front seven, yeah, and about time. This was probably their best game of the year and what I expected nearly every game. Then (to echo ChickenStu) there is Peters. . . .

And props to the offensive line. Seventeen games with all five starters starting??? That is simply incredible. I think they did the same last year with the exception of that last game when they rested many starters.

I hear it's supposed to rain all week. I'm not sure how that's going to affect prep and practices. And then we have to play in a stupid dome most likely.

This would be ideal but I just don't see it. Chargers and Eagles are likely running on fumes.

The Rams offensive line knew what the Cowboys defensive line was going to do before the snap on Saturday.

Brilliant call by Mcvay on the QB bootleg to seal the game.

I thought that was a run option that just broke right. Goff wanted to toss it.

I don't think it was a broken play. It was by design. I think he had the option to run or pass on that play.

Didn't mean it was a broken play. It was a run option that broke. Meaning it went right. It looked like Goff's first choice was to toss the ball.

We don't need anymore rain. It may affect the Rams practice, it will more affect people in the burn areas. My prayers 🙏🏿 go out to them.

Have you seen the levels of the State's major reservoirs--in particular Lake Oroville?

Have you seen the devastation to homes in the burn area? Think mud slides. Let it rain up north. As I said we don't need it in Los Angeles.

Going to be a tough game in New Orleans. Saints have shown they are pretty resilient even when things aren't going their way.

Yeah I was hoping for one upset - a chance for the rams to play at home again next week and any week the Pats lose is a good week by definition.

Philly I think showed that the Saints can be vulnerable, we are going to have to our play our best road game of the year to win in the Big Easy.

Mixed feelings on the AFC, of course I want the pats to lose, but they are probably the easier fo the two teams to beat in a neutral site Super Bowl.

controlling the clock make this a short game is the key. time to throw out your offensive wiz hat McVay, no need to be cute against the Saints. just pound the ball and continue pounding it, create 3rd and short and keep moving the chains. Ram's running game and ball control offense will be the best defense against the Saints.

It's coming down hard in LA right now.

Also following a pursuit. It came to a end peacefully. Turns out it was a woman behind the wheel. Made her strip to her under garments before they cuffed her.

Is there a indoor facility in the area that will at least allow walk through's? It's supposed to come down most of the week. LA weather

Yup, always root for the local teams and Pats to lose.
