| Kawhi- and New Balance could follow the Curry/Under Armour path now that LA would be a super team. The business opportunity is astronomical. Throw in some retro James Worthy swag, and you can really see how joining the Lakers would be a crazy good opportunity for Kawhi-. |

| Wouldn't want Rondo starting with KL, AD, Bron. Someone like Darren Collison or Pat Bev would be ideal if either settle for the room MLE for a ring. |

| I honestly think he will head here, it’s close to where he went to school at SDSU, and he gets to play with talented all stars, and he can get enough rest for the playoffs limiting his minutes, I won’t be surprised when I see the news in a few weeks |

His history dates back from calling Lebron back to Cleveland and then back to LA. |

If this goes down, it would be an amazing comeback story for the storied franchise that just one week ago seemed beyond repair, so dysfunctional that no legit star would bother granting Pelinka an interview.
Another wonderful part of this story - the so-called hometown guys who rejected the Lakers over the years (Westbrook, Paul George, DeRozan, etc) can all toil in obscurity while the Lakers become relevant again.

| I believe Kawhi will join the Lakers. He wants to be in L.A. and with him the Lakers will be a lock to contend in the present and future now that they have Davis. Also would imagine top stars do not want to put themselves in the position of being helpless to compete if another superteam forms somewhere, so they want to make sure they are on one themselves. The Raptors would've been shredded if the Warriors were healthy and Kawhi knows it. |
