Arnovitz who had been covering Kawhi in Toronto believes the things important to Kawhi are: to be healthy, be in a good organization, and be in Los Angeles. But he believes that he will pick Clippers over Lakers because it crosses a lot of his wants and have a more stable leadership.

Bron is the initiator/2nd option. Kawhi first option to score/secondary creator . AD 3rd option/finisher |
AD in the corner shooting 3 pointers.

The ONLY reason Kawhi would pick Clippers is he wants to be the man and he thinks he can create a bigger brand for himself as the man rathern than as a member of a Big 3. And that's a legitimate reason, though I would argue if you're part of a Lebron/AD/Kawhi Big 3, that is arguably the greatest Big 3 ever and that is more marketing than being the main man on the Clippers ever will be. |

Yeah, the whole stable leadership thing is extreme bs. Winning cures everything and it's not like the leadership fought over saving money or lying to players (like clippers recently did to griffin) it was all due to trying to make the Lakers great again. I think they look significantly better to any free agents today then they did the last few years without question.
I also dont think he is going to be able to do much "load management" on the Clippers since he will have to fully carry them all season and playoffs since without Durant there is no great duo he can really go there with anymore. Obviously nobody really knows anything but I firmly believe it's the Lakers or Raptors since both teams offer him off days throughout the season when needed and are instant favorites to win it all. |

None of us that actually live and grew up in L.A. are buying "he prefers the Clippers" thing until we actually see it.
Even if the Clippers are doing well now, just the word "Clippers" in the LA/IE/Riverside area connotes all the words synonymous with second rate or losing franchise (even though this is not actually the case right now). |
