Murray is a stud, no lie. He can play, that would be a huge acquisition for us. He is number 22 for the Sonics

Combo guard from Seattle who's contract expires this offseason. He'd be a solid pickup, IMO, if he could pick up the tri quick enough. He's better than Smush.

Loose Cannons say they should give up Luke Walton for him... Bahama boy said hell no... Walton has potential said Mike. I dont think the Lasik surgery worked on thompson.

I think we should give Slava for him

Ronald "Flip" Murray has become the Sonics ultimate throw-in. Murray was acquired as a rookie in the trade that sent Gary Payton to Milwaukee and brought Ray Allen to Seattle largely because of his salary, though Coach Nate McMillan liked Murray's potential on the recommendation of his brother, an assistant coach for a rival to Murray's D-II Shaw University (Murray was D-II Player of the Year as a senior). After a breakout summer-league performance, Murray got a chance to start on Opening Night 2003 when Allen was injured. He responded by scoring 20+ points 10 times in his first 11 games. Even after returning to the bench, Murray was picked to play on the Sophomore team in the got milk? Rookie Challenge, scoring 25 points and handing out 11 assists in the game. -nba.com

Flip can put the ball in the hole but he ain't play no D man.. Sonics fans haven't been too pleased when Flip is in the game too, they either complain that the offense stalls or he's a black hole.

If I find out later that Mitch passed on a Walton for Flip Murray deal...his days are numbered.

even if the knock on ronald is that he plays no d, think about it, does luke play d? luke has an even worse FG% than ronald who is a pg.

lukes only saving grace is that he knows the triangle and frankly i'm sick of that bs excuse. dude looks lost out there. so, in other words, do it mitch.

He's an extremely talented offensive gunner. He could be had for cheap if we swallow one of Seattle's bad contracts..like Fortson perhaps.
