If 13 points 7.4 rebounds and 4.7 assists is a legit all star....cool. does he bring the intangibles and improved his defense this year? Absolutely. Still a borderline all star imo. _________________ Music is my medicine |

And no, Kuzma and Ingram are not better than Tatum and Brown. I'd make that swap in a second. _________________ Music is my medicine |

I wouldn't trade Ingram for Brown. Tatum for Kuzma, sure. |

I'd take him over DeRozan. |

I mentioned this in the pre-season when Kuz outplayed Tatum, saying the #27 pick held his own vs the #3 pick.
Even in the regular season Kuz outshined Tatum.
So i agree with the headline
Brown has a more stubby frame, BI is slimmer & longer, but once he bulks up a bit, he’s gonna be a problem on both ends of the floor.
Kuz + BI > Tatum + Brown |

The Tatum hype is outta control at this point. Put him in Phoenix or on our team and he'd be perceived much differently. |

I think circumstance does elevate Tatum's game but he's very talented. He's a 3-level scorer but Ingram is a better playmaker and likely defender down the line. |

I don't know who will be better from that group. But I certainly don't find myself clamoring over any of Boston's young bucks, I'm good with the guys we've drafted. |

Al Horford is the only All Star they're playing with so... | And he is borderline. |
He shouldn't be considered as such. |
lol what? One Horford is legit and he’s probably been in the playoffs almost every year of his career. Name 5 centers in the east better than Horford. He was arguably the best defensive player of the year. Throw in Kyrie who’s top 3 at pg and it’s no wonder their in the playoffs. I’m not discounting what Tatum and Brown has done in the playoffs but they got their with the help of two allstars. Anyone saying otherwise isn’t being honest. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

He’s good and I like his heart but he does get overrated skill wise. They even overrate his length. I think it was Tim Legler comparing the Lakers youth and Boston’s youth and he said Boston’s youth are very long and versatile lol I’m like what? That applies more to the Lakers youth than anyone else’s. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Majority of his scoring assisted. He gets credit for knocking down the shots but life would be different for him playing ingrams role(s)in LA or coming off the bench in PHX playing next to alex len like josh jackson.
hes a very nice player for boston. |

Kuzma offense is a lot more versatile than Tatums and I don’t think he handles the ball any better than Kuzma. Kuzma offensive game includes posting up hook shots etc... Kuzma also gets to the basket just as easy. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Credit it to him for upping his game in the playoffs without Irving, though. His usage rate and percentage of unassisted FGs have gone up without a significant drop in TS% while he's creating more for teammates. His playoff performance has impressed me much more than his regular season performance. |

Were I Kuzma or Ingram I'd be using Tatum/Brown's deep run into the playoffs as motivation to get better. Appreciate your optimism OP, but right now, Kuz and BI should feel outclassed. And if they don't, we've got problems. |
