Yes. Ramona.

I listened to both Kuz's and Lonzo's youtubes, I thought it was made out to be way worst than it actually was. I was expecting like Lavar Ball levels at least.

Both vids seemed pretty mild to me. It's a way off from the stuff that happened between Dlo and Nick Young.

I think Ramona just want clicks to be honest.

Have not watched either video and don't intend to any time soon. I mostly only care whether they help the team win. Having a bunch of squares who always lose ain't my thing.

Tone what down? All year we saw them + hart/BI blasting each other. Clearly Zo/Kuz are more comfortable with getting some shine off of it...... in the offseason. If free agents let this sway them then they are soft. Go play and rot in Toronto.

Love Kuz and zo. this is funny AF.

It’s bad optics. Shows immaturity and a lack of focus. Not what you want when you’re recruiting vets who want to keep it strictly business.

Glad the FO stepped in.

Idk what some of you guys listened to trying to downplay this, but Ramona made it sound the Lakers were upset it. Her latest tweet sounds pretty upsetting too.

Trading some of the best talent on your team for picks outside of the lottery in order to appeal to free agents doesn't sound like a good plan to me.

I enjoyed the roasting they did all year tbh. It was especially funny when IT and Frye came on.

The back and forth between Lakers youngsters was fun when it was innocent. It’s crossed a line lately, and nobody’s happy about it

And it being downplayed.

From the Lakers’ perspective, I doubt it's about either of them getting offended. I think it's more of an image/brand thing. The new regime has worked tirelessly since day one of changing the narrative surrounding the team by rebranding PR wise, and also implementing a certain kind of culture basketball wise.

Look at it this way: can you imagine this sort of thing happening in the Spurs locker room? I can't. I think the Lakers want an image/reputation that's closer to something of that mold.

now if Deng and Travis Wear start a social media beef....then we have real problems. It could get ugly with Wear going after Deng for really being 43 years old....and Deng calling Wear a G League, 10 day contract, roster fodder wannabe.

How about using all our cap-room and then doing a Ball + Deng for Lebron in a S&T.

You could then have Lebron, PG13, $17m FA (Cousins?) and keep Randle.

Why would the Cavs want Deng’s contract?

Also, moving Ball for Cousins is bad.

Both of them are just kids (early 20s), who did stupid things. Of course the FO would be pissed, just as a parent would be pissed if their kids acted inappropriately. Does not mean said parent is going to disown his/her kid.

Seriously, Lonzo is a far way off from stealing sunglasses and causing an international incident requiring the intervention of the presidents of 2 countries. I still think - compared to the above - what Lonzo did is pretty mild.

To get Ball.

Ball + 8 is a good start to a rebuild.

For the record, Kuz has better visuals (Zo has NONE) but his lyrics are weaker.

Can you please say what she said as I can't play it?

She said that it's made people inside and out of the organization do a "double take". What she said really wasn't all that strongly worded. It was her opinion that it's a bad look (which I agree with) mixed in with her saying that people in the organization have taken notice. That's about it.

And then confirmed that the Lakers are actually “upset”.

Her latest tweet now says “no one’s happy about it”.

If these guys are actually joking around, it's cool. However, it comes across as extremely immature, and they need to get their (bleep) together before the season starts.

No, your employer is the one who gets to decide what crosses the line when you are engaging in behavior with other employees that is a liability. This is the case in nearly every workplace in the world. And you cannot do things that reflect poorly on the public image of your employer. This is basic job 101 stuff that everyone should have down by the time they've been on their first job for a few months.

Tell us more about the real world.
And how our jobs are apples to apples with NBA players'.
Riveting stuff.

But I do agree. Tone it down, kids.

They are contract employees and it probably isn't stated in their contract what they can do or say. The employer has the right to trade them, but they still get paid
