Eric, has to update also the 7.2 mil DDedmon salary who opt in yesterday. That's really important because for me that takes away the only team which could have absorb Deng contract.

BIG TIME!

(Although for all I know, you could be flying in a middle seat on Spirit Airlines...)

Question. Deng extend and stretch is in play still or did we subsequently find that was a violation.

It was helpful when the Lakers only had 1 max slot - then they traded Clarkson and Nance and they have 2 max slots. And extend and stretch doesn't help keep Randle, so it's not especially relevant under the new math

I thought they were a few million short even renouncing everybody’s rights? And assuming they choose not to dump it extend and stretch would still be relevant for next year.

Ex 1+1 for both lebron and paul. Assuming randle is gone or on a short contract also of course.

Is the extend and stretch legal or not? I’m still not clear.
