Lebron got tired of him switching onto him during the finals and had to have him on his team. |

So does that mean we'll be looking to sign Draymond in 2020 so he doesn't have to worry about getting his eye poked out anymore? _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

JaVale McGee ranked 5th in the NBA in blocks per 36 minutes! I'd say we have ourselves a rim protector in the second unit! _________________ Don't make me give you a trout slap! |

McGee is a great shotblocker, but he's not a good defender. I see people saying he could be a Tyson Chandler player, and there's no need to set yourself up for that type of disappointment.
He's improved since being on the Warriors but he still often finds himself out of position and making a lot of mistakes on both sides of the ball. He's a good energy guy, great swatter, and a lob target. But expecting anything consistent out of him and you are in trouble. The Warriors clearly had no issue not playing him for much of the year, and obviously weren't fighting to re-sign him seeing as he signed here for the minimum. |

I hope Javale can withstand the roastings he will surely get from Kuzma, Hart, and Lonzo this season. |

He's underrated because people believe all of Shaq's bullying. Joining the Lakers will improve his rep a lot because people will actually see him playing outside of Shaq's segment. |

I don't like JaVale but he fills a role. The fact that he was willing to leave the defending champs to play with LeBron in LA speaks volumes as well. Unless GS didn't want him back. _________________ |

It was getting nasty. Javale broke out the minstrel show card on Shaq. |

JaVale McGee is from Kyle Kuzma's hometown; Flint, Michigan. |

Yup, two Flint cats in the house. His mom played for the Sparks too.
Javale should benefit from the breakneck pace the Lakers play at. He gives you vertical spacing. I also think he would be a good pairing with Wagner against deeper benches. _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |

McGee will be solid. When he (bleep) up, it will be hilarious. Win-win for us in either scenario. |

I feel ok about McGee, if he can put a lid on the mistakes. Ha can swat the ball. Wish Lopez could have paired up with Randle again but that ship has sailed. |

Unlike Kuz, Rattail drank the water in Flint. That's why he gets blocked at the rim, by the rim on occasions... |

I about choked on ice tea reading that. Yeah, I guess you meant using them together might work if they're to face the opponent's third string. How else would using two bigs this slow at once help us ? Gaaah. |

Underrated signing. This guy knows the Warriors and at worst can provide some sort of insight as to how the operate.
I mean, it obviously won't matter much, people know the Warriors gameplan and still can't stop it. But hey, maybe JaVale can be like "Yo Lance, KD gets real uncomfortable if you make fun of his wrist tattoos." |
