Laker Outsiders are asking the fans if they know what Rondo was saying in this clip here:

In the game thread I said he'd get a technical for that, but he didn't ... which was surprising 0.0

Time for some props?
I can live with him shooting 100% from 3.

If he can keep shooting well from 3, he's going to be important for us

His best game and I’m not saying that because of his 100% on 3s.

He had the Spurs heads on a swivel and he played some good D. He surprised on Murray.

Well he did make defensive team 4 times and 1st team twice... If he lock in, he can still play pretty good defense in short stints.

He also shooting 44% from 3 so far this season. He shot 36% last season. Which is not bad at all.

He also shot 40% from deep in the pre-season. There is definitely some improvement there and he should, at least, get an "atta boy!" if nothing else.
As far as his defense is concerned, he needs to follow LeBron's lead and put more effort and hustle into that aspect of his game if he expects to win.

Playoff Rondo is something to see, hopefully he can still bring it come that time.

Well playoffs is usually played in halfcourt so that’s when his pedigree will be more valuable. Right now, he has hard time staying in front of those lighting quick guards and those ticky tack fouls does not allow him to be physical.

His 3 ball is looking good so far. I always feel like it’s lotto ball whenever he’s shooting beyond the arc. This year, he’s splashing it smoothly.

Also him and AD running pick and roll is another dimension to our attack.

I honestly don’t care about what he brings on offense. His defense is just too detrimental to the team.

Lakers looked much better when he got subbed out for Caruso.

This isn’t rocket science and I think Vogel will adjust accordingly. Especially when Avery returns.

Once Bradley comes back, we really have no need for Rondo any longer. He should just retire, seriously.

I wish he would just get cut. He hurts this team and it seems Vogel doesn’t have the balls to bench him.

Problem is he really gets exposed vs teams with strong backcourts.

Jrue made him his (bleep) today.

We going to give Vogel credit for playing Rondo a total of 6 seconds in the fourth or does the energy only work the other way?

Well he played him 19 minutes through 3 quarters. It shouldn’t have taken to the 4th to realize he hurts the team.

LMAO, he was terrible tonight but he has more good games. He’s a minimum back up point guard.

If you’re looking at the box score, sure, he has some positive looking games.

However, defensively he makes the team way worse and kills floor spacing. I’d argue even his good games actually hurt the team more than they help.
