I don’t think he can play NBA defense. He makes IT look like All-NBA defense.
He got beat so many times, against guys who won’t make NBA rosters. |

Besides the guys already in line for camp, none.
Ayres maybe but I think we get another big.
Williams G-league at best. King same. I didn't see much from anyone else. _________________ We pour this booze and we drink this booze because we think it's yummy. YUMMY! So over the tounge and down the throat to party in our tummys.

Aside from Newman and Caruso, obviously, Ayres is probably the only guy. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

Outside of our drafted players the summer league squad was pretty garbage this year. I'm not keen on any of them.
Personally, I think we should've kept Thomas Bryant. It's not like we did anything with his money. |

Lakers have signed Jeffrey Carroll, who averaged 4.2 points and shot 48% in nine minutes per game at summer league. Carroll averaged 15.4 points and 6.2 rebounds at Oklahoma State last season.

He had a few nice moments. Certainly worth giving him some run at camp. |

And I just realized that Ayres has the same agent as....Kawhi.
I still don't think he's an NBA player and would be shocked if he ever worked his way back back into the league, but he and Kawhi sharing an agent might end up working in his favor. Wouldn't be surprised if he at least ends up on South Bay again. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. Only watched the Lakers' games but were there any players on other SPL teams that impressed who might not make their club's roster? _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Basically lol.
I might look at Nick King. He had a few nice moments and didn't induce rage when I saw him on the court.
XRM is camp fodder. I want no part of Ayers or Ayres.. whatever his name is.
Everyone else can go kick rocks including that lefty with the funky shot. |
