Good to see the Rockets lose. They have 18 losses now.

Good chance they have 19 loses tomorrow, Memphis is likely motivated to get a win.

I want the Warriors to lose, that means they are more closer to falling apart, the Mavs don’t scare me when it comes to a playoff spot so I want the Mavs to win.

The more important game is Portland vs Nuggets. Nuggets need to win that.

In the meantime I'm enjoying Klay shooting 6 of 19

The Mavs are only two losses behind us right now. Any team behind us within one or two losses are major threats and we need them all to lose to give us as much cushion as possible.

They're 2.5 games behind us, and they're next 3 games are against the Spurs, the Pacers, and the Bucks

He hasn't been ridiculous in the finals, which was why they were beatable prior to KD. Jump shooting teams, even as great as the Warriors, are still beatable when a formidable opponent, such as the 2016 Cavs, puts the pressure on you. Your fingers tingle a little more, and the shots are not so free flowing.

I wonder how Durant must feel being the best player on that team and having Draymond look at him like he's some sort of leech

Curry was injured in the 2016 finals.

He wasn't injured in 2015, and we didn't see any "ridiculous" games either. That's how the finals MVP slipped from his hands. 2017 he shot 44% to KD's 55%, and he shot 39% from threes to KD's 47%. In 2018, he shot 41% from threes but 40% overall to KD's 52%.

He's good, but he hasn't been "ridiculous" good. That title belongs to KD and his 2 finals MVPs.

If we lose today, seriously, we are effed. Unless Lebron comes in selling out like Kobe did when he busted his Achilles, we are in trouble with our upcoming schedule.

I can't believe you guys are still rooting against the top seeds over the teams that could push the Lakers out of the playoffs altogether. Minnesota > OKC is a bad result. The Lakers are probably going to fall out of the playoffs altogether pretty soon.

We're 3.5 games behind OKC and 2 games ahead of Minny.

We're just as capable of catching up to OKC as Minny is capable of catching up to us.

Who's to say we can't catch OKC?

Their schedule is BRUTAL.

Have the toughest remaining schedule and it's not even close.

You are arguing with a pessimist

Are people still hoping the Lakers a high seed instead of just preserving the 8th seed?

The Lakers are currently tied with the Jazz for 8th, who just beat them and are playing a lot better. The Lakers' upcoming schedule is brutal. The Lakers look awful without LeBron, and we still don't know when he's going to return.

The Lakers are in real danger of not making the playoffs.

Cavs got the #1 pick in 2013, which they wasted on Anthony Bennett. But do you guys remember how they were the best non-playoff team in 2014? They had the lowest chance and somehow got the #1 pick. That pick, Andrew Wiggins, allowed them to "build." I've always felt the Bron returning to Cleveland story was co-written, produced and directed by the NBA. LOL!

But I doubt they can pull something like that off for the Lakers. Too many eyes, and there will be too many questions. Unless Lebron is shut down and we lose every single game and truly are one of the top 3 worst teams. I don't think this makes me happy either since it's Steve Nash all over again.
