We all have sports commentators/pundits/journalists/whatevers that we can't stand. It doesn't matter what network or magazine or newspaper they come from. It is understood that some of those folks play a caricature of themselves on purpose and make nonsensical arguments for ratings, etc. And I certainly wish no ill on anyone. But sometimes a public figure just rubs you the wrong way, whether rational or not. Anyone stand out for you guys?
(Not trying to start a debate.. just a space to get it of my chest.)
For me... amid a forest of folks who bother me in the sports pundit world... Nick Wright stands out. I'm not even sure why. _________________ "We got a new universe coming and he's going to control all our universes. We're going to put our universes together" - Metta World Peace

There’s some younger skinny, really ugly looking balding guy I’ve seen on some sports debate show.. Don’t know his name nor do I want to know it. But he’s just a (bleep) vampire. Actually he kinda does look like Dracula. _________________ "The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be.", said Bret Hart regarding the Los Angeles Lakers.
Nick Wright. Can't stand him. All he ever talks about is LeBron being GOAT. Comes off as a fanboy with no factual basis for his arguments. Needs to get off Bron's nuts.
Also, some obvious ones, Tommy Heinsohn or Mike Rice, as basketball commentators go they take homer to a whole new level.
I also find Troy Aikman to be quite obnoxious, not a fan of his. _________________ Lakers, Chargers, Dodgers, Arsenal FC.
A Rod is #1, Reggie Miller has gotten increasingly annoying. Lawler for the Clippers is terrible.
Cowherd and Skip are obvious choices.
Michael Smith. I just watched around the horn and saw him hosting. Not sure if this is a permananet thing but if so that was a bad choice.
JVG and Collinsworth are 2 that get a lot of hate but I like them both. I understand the JVG hate but with Breen and Jackson to bounce off of I think it's a good team.

Stu Lantz - Do you even want to be there?
Walt Frazier - Seriously shut the (bleep) up with the rhyming. Also voice is nails on a chalkboard.
Nick Wright - Lebron
Jason Whitlock - shameless Kobe hater
Broussard - Shameless reporter. Has no actual sources. _________________ Don't let perfect be the enemy of good

she gets a lot of love....but Doris Burke annoys me....everything is general narrative....never really offers original insight....it is like she goes on twitter and searches the two teams and jots down the top comments....then regurgitates them on air.
Not a fan of P. J. Carlesimo calling games....and at this point Hubie Brown barely knows what is going on during the game....he cannot see for crap.
Joe Buck is a tool.
Rather listen to nails on a chalkboard than anything Jackie MacMullan has to say.

I'm gonna sound really shallow and judgmental... but I think it's Nick Wright's face... not his arguments... that bother me. _________________ "We got a new universe coming and he's going to control all our universes. We're going to put our universes together" - Metta World Peace

Lmao I just googled that name and that’s the guy I was referring too. You can just tell he absolutely hates himself. _________________ "The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be.", said Bret Hart regarding the Los Angeles Lakers.

He's ruined some of the great moments in sports with the complete and utter lack of joy in his voice. He calls each game like its the third inning of Padres Brewers in July
Jesse put him in check real quick:

Screaming A Smith is his shtick. It's annoying but effective. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Nope. I have certainly seen him in action, but I have no interest in watching his asinine theatrics and listening to the hot air he spews. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Jon Barry has always annoyed me because he's too sardonic and negative.
Lately Nick Wright has been really getting on my nerves. I'm not even sure he believes much of what he says. He seems totally full of S. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers
Cowherd -
Rachel Nichols - let the former players talk more
Whitlock - in every way ever since forever and into the future
Nick Wright
Wilbon - for the sheer uselessness of anything he expresses
Marcellus - useless
Smith - at times, not usually annoyed
Can't really say I pay much regular attention to any sports talk, but these annoy me off the top of my head when I have.
All of them pale in comparison to my disgust with, say, a Hannity or Doocy-idiots or hosts and guests in some political commentating on Fox and to a lesser extent the other two. Maybe Whitlock.
