Horton-Tucker looks great ... but I'd trade him in a heartbeat if it meant securing Iguodala.
Horton-Tucker is a long way away from fitting in with James.
He'll be a great NBA player though, really reminds me of Tyreke Evans before Evans learned how to shoot. _________________ A creative scorer, a wing defender, and a shooter.
Pelinka has repeatedly emphasized building for now and the future. Doesn't compute that he would trade young players who complement AD for a player who is still likely to be bought out. _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points."

He'll be a perfect fit with AD if Lebron leaves in a couple of years
Perfect is a strong word. Their both from Chicago. One likes to handle the other doesn't -- that's good. But to call it a perfect fit I'd have to know who the other pieces were.
If you're suggesting he'll be a second option to Davis in two years, I disagree, but I do believe his fit is s thousand times better with Davis than James.
Again, ultimately the fit depends on who are the second and third options next to Davis.
All moot points, however, because I think we all know James is done moving around. He wants to break Kareem's record in a Laker uni. _________________ A creative scorer, a wing defender, and a shooter.

Short sighted approach here. THT is an asset that the Lakers need to nurture. If it comes down to it, send Memphis a future 2nd for Iggy _________________ He's my GOAT

I think a wing player that should be pretty gettable that can help shore up our SF depth is Mario Hezonja. Don't know what portland needs are though _________________ He's my GOAT

I'd prefer that for sure, but I don't think the Lakers have any draft capital to trade.
This entire plan is shortsighted dude. The Lakers are trying to win two rings in two years. Everything they do is to win now. That's the bed they've made for themselves.
Sharing a city with two large SFs who happen to be their biggest obstacle, I'd consider Iguodala a big time need. As much as I like Horton-Tucker, for Iguodala, to increase their odds of winning now, I'd trade the teenager if it meant the ability to secure Iguodala.
I don't think we should enter into a seven game series with the Clippers without another wing defender. It could prove fatal. _________________ A creative scorer, a wing defender, and a shooter.

That's an awful idea. They don't need a wing for wing's sake. They need a wing who is capable of defensive stops, a guy with some defensive pedigree, and his defense in New York against James to close that game not withstanding, he's a bad defender.
He doesn't solve anything. Corey Brewer is more of an answer than Hezonja. _________________ A creative scorer, a wing defender, and a shooter.
