Right .. the 'AD + stretch 5" variation that we have not had in our arsenal.

After this season Danny should be shipped to Texas. There’s plenty of ways to spend that 15m. _________________ “You have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.” - Kobe Bryant |

Is Morris a stretch 5? I thought he'd be more of a 3/4 than a 4/5, especially with AD in the lineup. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!! |

A stretch PF. But remember Clips will run Trez at "center" so Keef would be a good matchup and on offense he could help keep Trez out on the perimeter clearing up that clutter inside. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I’m gonna wait until the playoffs, If he keeps playing this way then maybe we could trade him to 1 of the TX teams or to the Raptors. |

So do I, he's still an extremely valuable 3&D vet come crunch time
Unless we're getting someone like a Dinwiddie/Oubre/somehow LaVine back I don't think we'll trade him _________________ #18 next... |

Who knows. He will also be 33 next year on an expiring. So he will have to be the salary ballast for the team to find a 3rd guy alongside LBJ/AD. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Hmm.

He wins a chip in Los Angeles, then we package him for Zach Lavine this summer. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns". |

That's been his role. As people pointed out his brother is more of a 3/4. But his ability to shoot the 3 and bang with guys like Trez will be helpful for us. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I still doubt Green/Kuz/1st is enough of a package for LaVine, even if we add Caruso and THT I doubt they accept
They'll want a relatively high pick in this year's draft IMO _________________ #18 next... |

Absolutely...no way that package gets LaVine...In fact, we don't have any type of package that would satisfy Chicago...excluding AD and Bron. |

The only guy I can see us potentially getting for that package is Dinwiddie. Green and Kuz would be solid fits next to KD and Kyrie, and both would help them 'win now'
That kind of trade would be mutually beneficial IMO _________________ #18 next... |

The 4 vs 5 labels for AD/Markieff is misleaing; I was using "stretch 5" more as an overall small-ball notion than a specific position designation.
As you said, on offense Markieff will often spot up and help clear the lane for AD and/or Lebron. AD gets to be the primary offensive-rebounder.
On defense he'll defend the oppositions more traditional (i.e. closer to the basket) big. AD, due to his size and mobility will take the other big that's either more mobile or better shooting, or both; alternatively he could also try to contain bigger wings like Kawhi.
At least that's the hope and if it works it could occasionally be our death lineup, fingers crossed.

Kuzma becomes a restricted free agent after next year. People need to get over the notion that he is some super-cheap asset that other teams are pining to get. His career has trended downward from his rookie season. |

This
KCP is playing like the way we thought he would when we signed him.
I think with bron and Ad on the team he doesn't haft to over think he just plays. |

Wish we could have kept Ball and sent put Kuz
I think kuz will put it together in the playoffs. Teams will game plan on Bron and AD. Kuzz should be able to go off |
