That's one of the most up and down profiles I've seen.

I think THT is the one to take the trip to the bench, once Bron comes back cause as of now, he doesn't shoot, or defend.
But until then, THT is the creator.

| Feels more like a move to help a Klutch client out than to help the Lakers. But barring an unexpected buyout, i guess the roster spot wasn't going anywhere else. |

Called it. Ben McLemore was the best available shooter. Ben gonna have fun playing with Bron/AD/Dre.
I'm pretty happy about this signing. At least we didn't waste a roster spot for Lance Stephenson or Jeremy Lin...lol |

Why wait? We still have enough room under the hard cap for another pro-rated minimum contract if someone interesting is bought out. We would just need to cut McKinnie or Dudley to free up a roster spot. |

In theory, he fills a need for three point shooting, no matter that his numbers weren't good in Houston after Harden left. In practice, we're just adding a spare part at the end of the bench.

Magic are not buying him out. Pistons aren't buying out Ellington either because his 3P shooting helps spread the floors for their youngsters.

Very deep team. It's still a little annoying we are wasting a roster spot/resources on Kostas. Would much rather have a guy like Justin Patton taking that spot who offers some upside for next season.
Drummond/Gasol/Cacok
AD/Trezz/Morris/Kostas
LeBron/Kuz/McKinnie
KCP/THT/Matthews/McLemore
Schroder/Caruso
A 3rd PG seems to be the clear missing spot but we have went this long without one, clearly not a priority. Waive Dudley and get another wing on the team (RHJ, GR3 etc)
