Warriors restricted free agent Patrick McCaw will not attend tonightÂ’s season-opener to receive his championship ring, a league source tells Yahoo Sports.

Hopefully it's just the beginning of money related conflicts in GS.

I highly doubt this news will effect the Warriors team, they are more worried about keeping there core intact.

I much rather get a vet like Ariza or Chandler, unless the Lakers feel Holmes can help the team.

Hmm I would much rather get Booker or Ayton from them.

What's the relation between my post and u wanting a player they just signed in off-season or the guy they want to keep to mentor Ayton?

Because we need guys who can help us now, we have no idea what Holmes can provide for this team.

Why would they trade us someone they just signed? And how are you making the contracts work? You'd have to trade Ingram and Lonzo to get him.

for Holmes? He is still on his "Hinkie Special" minimum non-guaranteed deal. PHX is not waiving him anyway....they waived Davon Reed.

The Suns might be so bad that they might just buy him out you never know, but Chandler is more likely.

This isn't a money conflict.

This is the homeless guy refusing a 1 dollar bill cause he wants 5 dollars instead

It’s scary that every player on the Celtics can shoot 3s. Even Baynes and Smart don’t hesitate now. Yikes.

McGee can do the same like Baynes but he wants the coaching staff to give the green light before he attempts 3’s. Rondo and Lonzo are basically like Smart in terms of making occasional 3’s.

Eh they only shot 30% from 3 tonight with a ton of attempts. Philly shot even worse.

Philly: 5/26. Boston: 11/37.

I didn’t watch the entire game; just the spacing and I saw Baynes and Smart both make a couple.

Maybe they miss as the season goes on but the shots looked like ones you might have to respect and not just leave open...which opens up the lanes for kyrie, Tatum, Brown, etc.

Let’s hope they take and miss a lot.

Klay Thompson kind of sucks when he doesn’t have Curry or Durant to space the floor.

He is not a franchise player. I do not think he deserves a maximun contract.

In a league where Paul George is worth max, so is Klay Thompson

The Rockets were in the bottom half of the league in 3pt% last year. And GS, takes almost 70% of their shots from 2pt's I'm pretty sure. The shooting 3's thing is being way overhyped. So many different ways to win.
