IMO if Griffin is shopping the pick, he's already attached. The deal between the Lakers and Pelicans is more or less agreed upon. Now the question is if someone will trade something for the #4 pick and take on a salary dump. |

My sense is that the Lakers, to this point, have tried to keep Kyle Kuzma out of the talks and the full package New Orleans would receive in an Anthony Davis deal obviously depends on what the third team provides |
Kuz is the most expendable. WTH. |
Think numbers, not talent
I’d rather LA keep Zo |
IMO I think Jeanie personally wants to keep him. |
Is it too early to assume Kuz is smashing the owner? This is the only thing that makes sense to me, Kuz doesnt even fit with Lebron and AD froncourt...hes a 6th man at best. |

Zo, Brandon and 4... UGH
Like LA has to know AD is re signing for that to be ok. Man.
Do you regret LA not trading for Kawhi last year? I do. That’s how I’m thinking about this _________________ Austin Reaves

This can't be real. The #4 pick would certainly have more trade value than Kuz. |

But Kuz is ready now. Culver is going to take a year or 2. |

Kuzma untouchable status now. |
Why would Kuzma be untouchable? Why does our FO think he's the one we have to keep? Ugh. |
Because the other two players and the pick being withheld are 100% deal breakers I'm guessing. |
Griffin has ZERO other moves. If we had a GM with a brain, he would see that. 2 of Lonzo/Ingram/#4 is better than any serious offer he's going to get. And we're giving up all three because we don't know how to not negotiate against ourselves.
Seriously, you might as well have Magic doing this. |
So the Celtics being involved was a lie then. |
I do'nt buy it at all. Ainge is trying to get AD why? When Kyrie is out the door? When AD has said he will not resign there? No way. Bet anything he's offering a package of JUST Tatum and nothing else (salary filler) to seem like he's serious while not offering something Griffin would take. He wants the Lakers to be bled as much as possible. His nightmare is Lakers get AD, then reach and win the Finals. Two straight years where he fails to trade for someone who wins a Finals. But if the Lakers give up everything they have, they won't have the depth to make it. Win-Win. |

Doesn't sound like something a team in "win now" mode would be interested in. |

Interesting report that the Lakers may be able to keep #4 if they include Kuzma in a trade to New Orleans |

Garland is a klutch guy. I could see us taking him and giving up Kuz.

Also interesting that Pels apparently don't like anyone at #4. |

can you please apply for the GM job....that’s a heck of a lot better than what I think is about to go down |

not happy |
Me either but that squad should contend for a title. LA should give up no more than that. Warriors are weaker now. I will badly miss Lonzo and it hurts because he will help a team win |
I really still like BI's potential and am very very curious of this seasons 4th.... we'll see where this road leads if a deal is done... _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team ! |

#4 pick by a wide margin. we need a speedy scoring PG badly. every freaking team has one, and yet we never had one since the Nick Van Exel days. |

How are we going to win anything with no talent around Bron/AD? You need defense. Shooting. A bench. Role players.
Don't trade everything away for a guy that can hardly lead his team to the playoffs. _________________ A banana is killed every time a terrible thread or post is made. Save the bananas. Stop creating terrible posts! |
