$20 mil next year. It is like a Seinfield episode. |
In bizarro Lakerland, we split the cap between Rondo and KCP!

Who gets resigned this summer? |
Maybe JaV if he takes the minimum.
I'd 100% bring back Caruso on a vet's minimum (not 2 way deal).
I'd see if Bullock can be kept for cheap.
Tyson? Maybe a last roster spot for minimum. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Muscala is gone.
Lance is gone.
Caruso might be back but I could see a team signing him.
Bullock most likely to return.
Chandler maybe on a minimum
McGee- have no idea
Rondo I like when he tries but I think he's gone too unless we nab a star and need a backup PG |

They shouldn't try to bring back anyone besides Bullock and maybe Caruso as a 3rd string pg. |

If we have a star, you don't want or need Rondo at PG. You want a 3-D point guard.
You don't surround your stars with old veterans, you surround them with length, shooters and high motor younger players.

It's an interesting question. I would not be shocked to see none of them return.
Even if offered a contract, would they prefer taking their talents elsewhere. Either for more money or better situation. If given the choice, would you take a vet min for a contender or the Lakers? |

He was never good this year. He isn't the right fit next to Lebron and got playing time at the expense of better players.
It is sad to think we could have signed Randle for what we paid Rondo. |
He plays old school ball, pounding the ball for 16-18 seconds before passing it. At some point this team is going to have to step into 2019. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

chandler is a waste of a roster spot at this point
I'd bring back bullock and mcgee at or near the minimum and that's probably about it _________________ one dog goes that way the other dog goes the other way |

Id say Mcgee is worth more than bare minimum, as long as he doesnt get in the way of signing other targets first. We will have 2 center spots to fill which is no easy task and atleast Mcgee already has experience playing with the core of the team. _________________ (bleep) Kawhi |

Pistons and Bullock are interested in a reunion this summer, I don’t think he comes back unless we build a super team. |

Get rid of everyone not named LeBron Kuzma BI Lonzo. I’d like to see McGee back at minimum if they can. The other players on this team not named Mcgee LeBron Kuzma BI Lonzo were total sacks of (bleep) and embarrassing to the Laker tradition. Can’t get them out of here fast enough. _________________ "We are the goodest." - Shaq ESPN interview |

So they are going to have Bullock, Kennard, and Svi... and we will have none of them.
So f*cking stupid this management... |

There is a lot of 3pt shooters on the market this summer, we will have 38M in cap to work with. |

We had Svi for cheap.
The Muscala and Bullock moves were pointless if we don't sign them.
The only reason I tolerated the Reggie move is that I assumed we had some inside track on signing him. If we don't, then it's one more terrible move to add to the list. |

Lets get Wayne Ellington as supporting cast instead of Rondo/Bullock/Stephenson/KCP
Or maybe Danny Green if that's possible.
Or maybe anyone that can shoot a (bleep) three pointer consistently _________________ “Life is too short. You have to keep it moving.” - Kobe |

I’m hopeful that if we create a super team 1 of the solid FAs like Reddick/Rudy Gay will come here on a discount..
Also we went after Reddick last summer so he might appreciate that. |

I am still a fan of Rondo. You don't want to have to rely on him as much as we've had to. That's not a good role for him. He should be a guy you put in when ball movement gets stagnant for 5 or 6 minute stretches and then sit him. This team just isn't deep enough to put him in that position unfortunately. |

Rondo (37% 3P)
Lance (38% 3P)
KCP (34%)
Bullock (39% on 6.7 attempts THIS season before becoming a Laker)
Personally I think the problem is coaching and a system that really doesn't get guys good looks.
I think we will need to hire a coach before we start making wholesale roster changes. |

Is there a coach out there that Lebron will listen too, and can attract the stars who we can realistically get with Rob and Magic in charge? |

I totally agree. Bullock is a great recent example of the Luke Walton dampening effect. We struggle so much to get proper looks from three - definitely goes back to Luke’s simplistic schemes. |

Stephenson and Rondo are shooting well above their career averages. Casey P. is shooting right at his career average. Bullock could just be a blip caused by getting traded to a team that went into tank mode.
If you look at our stats this year, the guys who have dragged down our three point percentage are Lebron, Ball, and (especially) Kuzma. All of them took a lot of threes, and none of them shot a good percentage. But Lebron is only slightly below his career, and Ball actually got better this year. Kuzma is the guy who cratered.
I think it's time for a coaching change, but I wouldn't blame our three point shooting on Luke. |
