GT, will you have any kind of access to the Lakers facility during training camp?

I mean, I don't have a key to the gym or anything, but I got approved for my first season credential this year (last year was game-by-game), and I'll be there when the rest of the media is.

Congrats, that's great to hear.

LeBron being a assassin, Svi hitting 3’s, Magic saying there is a significant shift in energy compared to last year due to the vets they got..

It’s definitely a good time to be a Laker fan!

New energy in the building! Something in the air! Sounds familiar because we are fed this optimism every year. This year it's finally real.

You mean with no playing time? Hopefully Luke can carve out a role for him on the team. Seems like a long stretch, but he’s probably the best pure shooter we’ve got

Great interview here from Magic. My favorite part is what he said about the pickup games and how constant the teaching has been from LeBron and Rondo. They didn't wait until training camp opened. They've already grabbed their leadership roles by the horns. The young guys are learning how to play championship basketball.

I agree, fun interview to listen to. I really like that LeBron and Rondo are both taking mentor roles and showing up every day to scrimmage, teach, and learn how to fit their games together and not just waiting until training camp starts.

I also found encouraging the comment earlier that, with these newly acquired vets, the level of talking on the court has gone way up.

So Aliie left the Cavs with Lebron to LA. Two great signings.

Checked Hoopshype this morning and nearly the entire page was about that press conference. Magic and Rob are already the two best pitchmen in the league. There was no real reason to have that press conference only a few days before Media Day but I was left feeling so hyped afterwards.

That was a fun interview. I really like Allie. She actually has talent and seems to fit right in here.

Serena wasn't working for Spectrum, though. She worked for one of the worst, amateurish Lakers websites. We all knew she would leave eventually. It was just a matter of time.

If current Lakers are allowed we can also go with The Hulk. Smash faces (especially clowns with two first names), Josh!

Yeah, as a guest lol. Making guest appearances on a network isn't the same thing as being employed by them.

Judah, Spectrum hired Serena early last season, before she left for Portland. She was doing Lakers Nation stuff too, although not as much.

She'll be back at some point...hopefully

That game in Philly will be lit BTW. You know the crowd will be ruthless since LeBron didn't choose them.

Let's hope it ends the same way that last year's game there did.
