Just happened

As long as the Opioid drug culture remains glorified in hip hop, we are gonna keep seeing the body count rise. Where does it end?

Agreed dubaholic1!

But it's not just hip hop culture. Lots of people are obsessed with drugs across many different cliques and genres.

I feel sorry for this kid's family. Only 26 sheesh

Not my jam at all, but RIP.

As several have said, way too many deaths from substance abuse.

correct, drugs/alcohol have been apart of just about every single music genre you can think of since the beginning.

The difference in hiphop now is that you have a lot of emo rappers that do drugs because of their emotional conditions(actual mental illnesses/depression/anxiety etc.) And they promote doing hard drugs, not just your run of the mill weed songs.

but truth is, the promoting of over indulging on alcohol is just as deadly. just in a different way. people dont usually OD on drank. but they do end up killing themselves in car accidents, or harming themselves, or harming others, or at best ending up in jail with DUI's. or having failed livers/kidney's before they hit 60 years of age.

You might be surprised DMR, check out on youtube his National Public Radio performance and see what you think:

His evolution from frat rap to that concert says it all. Supreme talent. Massive growth..I followed his entire career. I felt like we got robbed of a great musician..he was truly blossoming the last two albums.
