Damn, first NBA games telling a lot about young player development in the league. Josh Jackson, draining threes is super shocking to me, he obviously put in work shooting the ball over the summer. Booker great as normal and ayton looks legit. De'aaron fox looks like he took a step forward as well.
Tatum looks pretty much on the way to all star level already. The lakers youth better get rolling and show actual improvement, not just potential.

And Markelle Fultz is really proving why he was the 1st pick...oh wait.

Yeah he hasn't improved, neither has simmons, though simmons was good last year already, he just hasn't added anything new, still cant shoot outside the key or make free throws. Lakers aren't the only team with young talent that hasn't taken steps towards all star/all nba.

I am a Josh Jackson fan....and he has improved in many area's....but I am not buying the shooting from last night. I would be surprised if he was able to shoot more than 33ish% from 3 this season. I would love to be wrong....but I expect it to take a couple years for him to exceed league average (35ish%) shooting from distance.
