| Luke being too egalitarian for his own good. Have your system/philosophy and stick with it (Pace, pace, pace) instead of hedging your bets by giving the old guys equal/more minutes than the young core. |

we were up by 14 points at least then luke had his substitutions. lance was carrying this team again at one point of the game and he didn't even finish the game.

Couldn't stand him last year and no one expected that team to even compete for the 8th seed, he usually finds a gimmick that will hurt the team, not help it. It's just revolting to see practically every other coach calling timeouts even when the Lakers go up by only 4 and Luke carried over Phil's "let em figure it out" laziness (without prime Shaq and young Kobe, mind you). He even had a player like Jordan Clarkson sitting behind him and shaking his head with a disgusted look Now I get to see em be a treadmill team even with LeBron James, YAY! Luke was not the messiah a lot of us hoped for. I'm even more nervous about what he's gonna do if the FO manage to land AD. I'd like them to not put out a losing statement next Summer re: this being "a 2nd mulligan season". Byron Scott only dreamed of the leeway Luke has had for a long time now.
