still learning how to close the deal.
it was a close call.
Had Bron missed the last free throw... his head would have been for sale.

This team is going nowhere with him. Can you imagine him in the playoffs?

I would’ve felt bad for Bron if he missed both free throws again and we ended up losing lol

Man Luke is just awful. Why is Hart in to close a game on defense??? Why take out Javale that led to the collapse. Why not put the ball in Zo or Bron's ahnds... I just don't get how he doesn't understand basketball...

We seriously almost lost that game?

I agree with Stu on this - to close games, our team is absolutely soft.

What a joke.

I'll take the win but...SMH

We did lose that game.

I am weirdly not worried about this team.

They’re going to start clicking. Close every game.

Turnovers, stagnation on offense, and lack of communication on defense. These are things that, if not ironed out, will kill this team...ANY team, for that matter. Got to do better.

Atleast it’s a moral victory for the Mavericks and not us for once.

No closer/goto guy to close out games. How the heck are we going to score at the end? This is the problem with a running team. You run run run to score and then when it's crunch time and you can't run anymore, you can't find someone who can score!! Where's the black mamba when you need him?

The look on Lebron's face with under a minute left, forget the exact moment. Maybe when they were still up 4...man that dude does not look like he will stay patient if they don't show progress imo.

Laughable at times man but we know him very well. That's why we love Kobe so much.

What I see as the problem is that when we get a lead we start slowing things down too much. We aren’t a great halfcourt team offensively. When we are up 10 please stop this iso s***. Still push the ball after made baskets and stop watching the clock!

That's really not the issue, this team as a whole just starts to stink it up defensively towards the end of games even more than the first 40+ minutes. Now, the missed FTs in crucial situations are bad as well but if we can get STOPS (which we cant really rely on) that would be much more reliable.

can someone tell Ingram to stop taking so many damn mid range shots?

anyone please.

What should he do? Those are the shots he can get off. He can't beat anybody to the rim. He shakes and shakes, and the defender is always still on him. So he uses his height, uses picks to get a mid-range shot. That's going to be his career bread and butter. Once he starts drilling them with consistency, he'll be a great player.

Chances are he won't drill them consistently. There are only a handful of players that do it in this League. KD, DD, LMA, who else? There's a reason for that. It's awful shot selection. If he never gets rid of that bad habit, chances are he's not gonna be the star he's projected to be.
