I don't think Dictionary wanted to get their hands dirty with the real meaning of the phrase. I recall when the phrase first started getting used- it always meant
getting raped, at least in L.A. that was the meaning back then IMO.

So rather than just ignore this silly word altogether, the dictionary decided to just completely make up its definition?

Ok. I don’t know what else to say other than lets not go balls to the wall with this silliness.

Please don't reference male genitals. I'm offended.

Only thing I'm offended by is bad attempts at comedy- you two should team up and be a comedy writing duo and pitch a pilot to the oxygen network, maybe a show about two lonely chaps who cruised LG until they found each other, by way of similar wicked senses of humor. The show could be called: "snappy and chappy hanging at dockside bars"
Maybe Dictionary.com could be a sponsor?

Haha. And just to clarify for the overly sensitive out there, "balls to the wall" has nothing to do with body parts and everything to do with airplanes.

But hey, it's much more fun to re-define and weaponize innocuous phrases so we can accuse each other of being bigots. Sigh.
