I thought I read some couples were able to choose the sex of their baby, but maybe it just hasn't been approved in the US. If he really wanted to, he has the means to get that done overseas. Maybe the sex of the baby isn't as important to him as it seems to be for his fans. I know I wish there was a Mamba Jr. on the way.
