Idiotic. Does everyone forget that Lebron does NOT like Pat Riley.

This must mean that Luke era is coming to an end if it’s true, someone mentioned that Luke was one of the remaining corpses of the former regime... I think it was 32 who mentioned it.

That guy also said this.

Magic would be a bit more hands-off/ ownership type. Riley would make the decisions.

People just making silly stuff up. What capacity would Riles be giving up his ownership in Miami to come here? Doesn't even make sense

Magic being hands off would be like Kobe playing off ball.

I wonder how much influence LeBron has on this move, we all know he is very close with Pat Riley and Spo.

Here is why it doesn’t make sense imo:

If Magic didnt want Jerry West to get all the credit, why would he bring on Riley to get the credit?

Edit: unless Magic is now listening to LeGM on everything...

He will work with Pat/Spo if he believes they can put a good team around him. He went back to Gilbert.

Never. Magic didn't want West. Magic won't take a step back.

I hope this rumor doesn't catch.

West isn't here because of Jeanie.

Doesn’t he have a 10% ownership stake with the HEAT?

Do we have proof? She does employ his son tbh.

If she doesn’t want him here, that’s plain foolish. He just set up the cross locker room rival and for a guy who has deeper pockets than her.

FWIW, the guy who is reporting this is saying that Pat Riley doesn’t want to stick around for a rebuild, he doesn’t sound BS and might know something... we definitely need a major shake up right now cause the team is starting to fall apart.

So he’ll sell his stake?

It’s BS for sure. Guy is obviously trolling Laker fans right now

Oh you mean the $200 million stake he has in his team...according to Twitter randoms that’s just a trivial matter. Also Magic is going to fire himself to make room for Riles. That’s the plan

He is a media coordinator, I don’t think he’s making it up, he even warned us not to take it seriously until it’s confirmed.
