Cowherd said he thinks LBJs injury is worse then we have been let on to know, after his producer talked to Rich Paul. He’s going to cover it next segment. We’ll see.

Just listened to Cowherd and Chris Haynes...he doesn’t know anything. It’s always been 4-6 weeks recovery Haynes said..and we are only at 4 weeks

The rush to bring back Lebron is insane. This dude needs to be 100% and then some before he comes back.

Completely agree....truth is that maybe an additional 3 weeks...if that's the case we'll be out of the play-off race. At that point, Lebron should really consider sitting out even longer and not put more mileage on his body.

If it's another 3 weeks then we'll have to unlock the Tank Thread

Doesn’t take a genius to see the Lakers have downplayed the LBJ injury. He heard a pop and they are here giving weekly update and initially making it seem like he would be out 1-2 weeks.

Doing the same thing with Lonzo. “Grade 3 ankle sprain” is 4-6 weeks...sure.

I just don't think Bron is in any rush to come back which kind of sucks when I get a whole different vibe from Rondo who's dying to come back.

Lol...LeBron is dying to come back too. He's in the fourth quarter of his career. Do you really think he's enjoying missing all this time when this could be one of the last years of his career where he's still an elite player? It's been well documented by now that you can't rush back with a groin injury. If he was to come back before he's fully healed and reinjures it, it’d be about as bad as tearing an Achilles. And if that was to happen you'd be blaming the medical staff. There's no comparison between Rondo’s injury and LeBron’s. They're fundamentally different.

by then we should be in about 11th place, about 5 games back of the last playoff spot. No easy task to climb back into it IMO. They would need a good winning streak of 7 or 8 games. I don't see this team going on a streak like that.

"Dodged a bullet" - LeBron

Lakers: Lebron will be day to day

Their situations are dramatically different. Rondo is playing to get a contract next year. He has a very short term focus. LeBron wants to remain healthy for the next several years. Hes also smart enough to know the chances for a ring this year are remote so there is no reason for him to come back until he is 100% healthy

chances are, the only way he plays if it's with himself... I think, he'll ride this injury until Feb

Correct. It's serious. They knew from the beginning just how long this is going to take. They're just not going to say it.

LeBron being out affects many things: ratings, ticket sales, gambling, trade negotiations, etc.

Went from day to day and dodged a bullet to over a month later. Clearly they lied about what the MRI actually showed. Bron probably won't be back until after AS break. Also, I am not confident Lonzo comes back this season

If that's true then it's all aboard the Zion train I guess. Might as well hold Rondo out too.
