Klay can hit the 3 from anywhere, Curry can hit the 3 from anywhere, Durant can hit a mid range over anyone. Go round and round with them and it doesn't matter, shot clock winds down and you have stars to bail you out

Luke's "system" is not based on Kerr's system, because Luke has ZERO system. Did you see the Lakers pass the ball around and around and around tonight (or any other game), like the Warriors did? No!

They do with Lonzo but not with Rondo pounding the ball.

It’s obvious there’s no structure in what we run. The plays out of time outs, the slow starts. We are not a prepared team. We just go out there and wing it.

I agree with you. Because there is no offensive structure (because Luke does not know how to implement one, for 3 seasons now), this leads to a lot of bad possessions, like ISOs and quick wild shots. Then because this happens, Luke has the balls to dump on some players for their bad ISOs and bad shots.

It is Luke's fault for NOT having a system!

There is a system but Magic didn't get the players to run it. We were #4 in the west when Lebron went down.

We were #4 because of Lebron, not because of any kind of system. Most teams nowadays don't run any system, so I'm not sure why people are getting on Luke for 'not having a system'.

Strongly disagree with the notion that most teams don’t run a set selection of plays ... aka a system. Players watch film of opponents tendancies. Players watching that film are able to outsmart more agile and athletic players by reading plays as they unfold... usually the plays chosen to be run adhere to your teams specific personnel. That system helps you draft better for your team. Otherwise you end up with no focus on what you’re building towards... like a Ferrari with a Prius engine.

Ramona just posted this on Twitter

Texted a few folks about whatever it was that happened in Lakers lockeroom tonight. One described it as typical lockeroom stuff & said, “It never got close to getting out of control, people are always emotional after a loss.”

Appears Shams really kinda overhyped it then

On Reddit someone said Shams gets his stuff from Lavar. I assumed he was joking?

Heard the same. Josh Hart, Michael Beasley and JaVale McGee were frustrated and got a bit heated, but it never came close to getting physical, I’m told.

I don’t know why this rubbed me the wrong way. Who would you have signed? What moves would you have made? If given a roster with no cap room and a bunch of meh players, what would you have done?

Enlighten us, what were the correct moves?

Well this makes sense though🤔🤔 remember who said that Lonzo doesn’t want to go to NO if he’s traded for AD.... Shams reported that so it’s not far fetched that Lavar tells Shams to leak something

Ok, GT stayed that he didn’t think that Brook was interested in returning. So you offer him 1 yr 8 million and he passes, next?

Let's see. Summer 2018 and we decided

-Not to sign any shooters.

-Legit backup center. Tyson Chandler had to come to the rescue via buyout.

-Letting Lopez go

-Letting Julius go for free.

-Overpay for KCP

-Signing no defenders. No shooters and no defenders....

The more frustrating thing is McGee, Lance, and Beas have played well.

Shams was the one that released the Lonzo getting knee surgery story last year, was also the one that released the story when Rondo got signed last offseason, and Lonzo being good with it and not minding the competition as well. Shams definitely connected with the Ball family.

So you anticipated that Kuz/KCP/Hart would all regress in their shooting? Cool.

Lance has been our best shooter.

Tell me who you would have signed, for how much and how you know they would have accepted and why.

Apparently you know better then magic and rob. One of the best NBA players of all time and one of the most successful agents of all time, who was a player and is a lawyer.

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but man, it’s easy in hindsight to say what should have been...these guys are more qualified than you and I guarantee that rob is smarter than you or I.

"Sources" trying to sabotage the Lakers, as usual. No team is subject to the same level of scrutiny as us, and it's getting ridiculous. Pels and the rest of the small market mafia are gonna have to try a lot harder to bring us down this time, though.

Nothing to see here, move on...
