If you had a choice to trade for Kobe's partner who would you choose?
Kg or Tmac?

Anybody who picks McGrady over KG needs an open-handed slap accross the face.

tracy mcgrady. Kg is like an overpaid Lamar Odom. Nice stats, little impact.

Without a doubt: Kevin Garnett + Kobe Bryant = The Lords of the Rings!

Too bad we would never have such a choice?

KG in a heart beat anyway.

One good low post scorer and shot blocker and the Lakers are contenders again.

T-mac and Kobe play almost the same pos. and we don't need another Kobe. We need a big man.

Are you on crack? KG has carried that franchise on his back for years and has an MVP trophy on his mantle. I'd much rather have KG with his all around game, intensity, and durability rather than Tracy "I'm dealing with personal issues" McGrady and his creaky 98-year-old-man back.

You probably wouldn't have to give up as much to get T-Mac.

Not really any concrete stuff, but fox sports has this article mentioning KG and the Lakers. Of course, it also says Dime Smack "Wish List"

im not dogging kg. Beleieve me if we could get him, i wont be complaining one bit. But its true. KG could put up 20/20 in a game and lose by 10 points. He dissapears in the 4th and especially in the clutch. Carrying the wolves on his back shouldnt be a compliment.

If he disappears in the 4th, more reason that Kobe will do what he does and be Mr. 4th quarter. That's the difference between him being in Minnesota and being here.
