No. I have no faith in either of them. They remind me of the stooges, except there are only two of them. |

If Magic can get us a 2nd star this summer then he has every right to continue being apart of the Lakers.... I could totally see Irving coming here after he meets with Magic and Pelinka... you can knock on the FO for trading Zu but if they get us a 2nd star to play along side LeBron then they are relevant. |

Watching Maginka this season is like watching a couple of college kids trying make Thanksgiving dinner with nothing but a turkey and a microwave.
They want the glory and benefits of a championship team without demonstrating the responsibility, diligence, patience, and foresight of actually BUILDING one.
For years, we've squandered the chances at signing decent, young, reasonably-priced guys to multi-year contracts. Such players could have had multiple benefits as solid rotation players, mentors for the rookies and young players, providing continuity and chemistry for our coaches, and being tradable assets.
We've gone cap space or bust and ended in bust for so long, that when we finally DIDN'T go bust, we busted ourselves anyway by STILL signing more one-year rentals and not tailoring a game plan to maximize them, while still punting chemistry and consistency for cap space.
Doesn't ANYONE else think that this team with LeBron AND Randle and Lopez and Zu along with LeBron could've made the playoffs this year?
PLENTY of blame to go around... but I put the largest share on Maginka. |

If you land a free agent because they feel they can use you and exploit you this is technically not a win.
I want the front office to regain control of the team... not for spurned elites to come here as an afterthought. |

were screwed....
all those guys in exception for Randle are in the playoffs | so you want vet lou taking all those shots away from Kuz and BI? lets not forget how that looked before.
So you were willing to pay IT real money after the hip surgery knowing his offense could be great but his defense was going to be horrific? |
Why couldn't Lou have gotten a more defined role once lebron got here? Lou is everything we need from the bench. an incredibly skilled scorer and we let him go.
Why are we talking about IT defense? As if Rondo is making major defensive plays. Hell atleast IT would get respect on the offensive end, As soon as BI or Lebron posts up a double comes before you can blink because we got Rondo out there clanking shots. | you guys can't have it both ways. lou is too good for his own good. this is why he has bounced around the nba. he's too good to not pay him right. so he cant' be affordable for a ring team. he's too good to play with a bunch of kids. because he would steal their time. |

If Magic doesn't go then he needs to
1. Hire an experienced GM
2. Stay out of the lime light |

Sadly, no. I'm nervous about what they will do this offseason. Really wishing that they can fix this but unfortunately I think it's very likely that they do something stupid. _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points." |

Dude resign with the Clippers for like the same contract he was on before with the lakers...
LouWill definitely would of helped this team |

Other than the Zubac for Muscala trade, I think Magic/Pelinka have done a good job. You can't blame them for the Mozgov/Deng signings; that's why they had to get rid of DLo and we got back a pick for that.
If not for injuries, this roster is a top 3 seed in the West. The biggest holes are interior defense, turnovers, freethrows, outside shooting, and lack of energy. You can fix some of that with another max player type signing. Give them another season to fix this. As bad as things are, they're still better than the Kupchak/Jim Buss duo. |

Wow. Magic and Rob are bigger (bleep) idiots than I thought if they ignored Luke’s pleas to retain Lopez and Randle. Obviously Luke isn’t the best, but looks like he was crippled from the start.
Now have zero faith in Maginka this offseason. Fire their asses now Jeanie, if you claim to love Luke as much as you do. |
