Yeah, I think the Dodgers need to be compensated for the Astros and Red Sox cheating.

What pathetic, embarrassing comments by Altuve and Bregman.

These guys are modern day pariahs, a pox on the game.

Remember when the discussion was who was better, Puig or Trout? Good times.

Why the Dodgers? Why not the other MLB teams?

Is there proof that those were the only teams they cheated against? I haven’t been following it very closely.

Never liked Altuve. Hope he's exposed as a cheat and gets a lifetime ban. Baseball would be much better without players like him.

Well, maybe you can add the Orioles as well. So, 4 teams.

Not saying you guys are but don't let the narrative of the "evil empire" Yankees cloud your judgement here- the Yankees were most certainly cheated by the Astros.

.

I wish the Dodgers would get those teams first round draft picks. And I think the Astros should have lost more picks.

Is the MLB going to take their title away or no?

No, the discipline is over. We just have people complaining that the punishment was too light and that the players didn't get disciplined. I understand that perspective, but it's over. I suppose the matter could be reopened if one of the conspiracy theories turned out to be true (buzzers, etc.). Otherwise, MLB is moving on to the Red Sox.

Official punishments are over but I don't believe this is going anywhere, anytime soon. I've been following it closely and a ton of other players are royally pissed and that's not even considering fans. I can't see the media not keeping up this narrative for the duration. It's going to be a feeding frenzy. Astros will be lucky if it peters out at the end of the season.

It depends on what you mean. The Astros are going to get booed and heckled for a couple years. I said that earlier in this thread. They deserve it. Otherwise, it's pretty much done. So far, everyone involved on the Astros side has politely evaded questions from the media. The Athletic has an interview with the Astros' hitting coach, who now works for Toronto, that is almost comical in this respect. When we get to spring training, we'll see if anyone of the players decide to run their mouths. If not, the media will be looking for stories based on players from other teams whining about it. The problem with those stories is that we know from prior experience from the steroids era that most of them would have gleefully participated in a cheating scheme and that the rest of them would have kept silent about it.

Fix your own State before worrying about MLB. U Hauls are leaving the State in droves.

So Arenado wants out of Colorado. GM Jeff Bridich said today that trade talks were being tabled, and then Arenado came out and turned up the heat. Dude is not happy.
