That’s kind of the idea of a fry. A really well prepared shoestring fry with crispy outside and just a hint of fluffy potato inside is a beautiful thing. And they are less greasy to boot.

tot form is the only potato-kin that holds quality across all makers. I've never had some busted tater tots. Generally I like curly fries and steak fries, but only jack in the box and red robin have ever done those justice.
