I hope he will move McGee from rotation. Dont have anything against McGee but he is useless out there. Not doing anything. I know Morris was bad in G2 but still is more productive than McGee. Give Morris his 10-12 minutes. Will be better.

Yep. McGee is pretty much useless for the remainder of the playoffs IMO, including against the Celtics or Heat

Vogel should’ve played Dwight earlier. He waited too long after the 2nd and 4th quarter and while he was sitting, Jokic got more and more comfortable, he got easy looks against our guards and got to the free throw line a lot. He already got settled in by the time Dwight checked in.

McGee can feast on any zone. All those lobs will come handy . I think he played well against the Heat and also made his presence felt at both hands.

Yes that’s exactly how Jokic got it going. Give him credit because he can make tough shots but he got into rhythm because Vogel failed to adjust to their offensive scheme. He should put Dwight out there and let Lebron or AD trap the switch. He should learned a lesson from Doc Rivers. This is not a regular season games anymore. Counter every move defensively especially when we are ahead. Don’t let that team find a rhythm.

Welp!

Vogel’s substations are predictable.

Nuggets basically knows Dwight won’t get subbed until middle of the 2nd, so they have Jokic get his early in the game to get him going. So by the time Dwight’s in, Jokic is already in rhythm...

Vogel was asked last game how he was going to adjust to the zone, I guess he doesn’t know how?

At least avoided small ball in the 2nd half, so credit to him.

Anyway, avoiding small ball should be a winning strategy.
