I don't go through every post here so maybe (probably) this has been touched on already. In fact, I'd be surprised if it hasn't. But you all realize that if any team manages to pull off a trade for AD they are going to way overpay for him. Hell, just the rumors surrounding a trade for him at the trade deadline basically destroyed our team. I am not getting my hopes up over the idea of AD wearing P & G.

if there is a team more desperate and more likely to over pay than the Lakers I'll be rooting for them

Jaylen Brown - 6'7 220lbs - Shooting Guard
13.0Pts - 4.2REB - 1.4AST
Jason Tatum -6'8 208lbs - Small Forward
15.7Pts - 6.0REB - 2.1AST
Marcus Smart - 6'4 220lbs - Point Guard
8.9Pts - 2.9REB - 4.0AST

Draft Pics this year = #'s 14/20
Total Averages - 12.5Pts - 4.3REB - 2.5AST

Brandon Ingram - 6'9 190lbs - Small Forward
18.3Pts - 5.1REB - 3.0AST
Kyle Kuzma - 6'9 220lbs - Power Forward
18.7Pts - 5.5REB - 2.5AST
Lonzo Ball - 6'6 190lbs - Point Guard
9.9Pts - 5.3REB - 5.4AST

Draft Pics this year = #4
Total Averages - 15.6Pts - 5.3REB - 3.6AST

Anthony Davis 6'10 253lbs - Power Forward
25.9Pts - 12.0REB - 3.9AST

Do the Celtics have more draft pics to offer? Yes of course, but the Lakers Players have proven to be better overall and when it comes to NBA potential, honestly, they are equal. Jayson Tatum had a good playoffs last year, but where was he this year. Not to mention the fact of East Conf. vs West Conf. or being on the same team as LBJ.

Yes Celtics go ahead and offer the farm for AD, you will be without a team the following year!!!

And just for the Record, I would only offer 2 of the 3 players from the Lakers in that trade... Possibly throw in Josh Hart in Lieuou of either BI/Ingram. Draft pics and future pics...

They can offer Tatum and 4 draft picks, 3 1st round picks plus any player sign and trade the pels want

They would have to include a lot of salary filler though to match AD's deal.

Hayward plus Tatum and draft picks for AD and what ever.

Do you really want to get strapped with a Caucasian version of Deng's deal (and much more $ per year too)?

So would we, which makes either trading for AD remote. 5-1, 6-1 deals are reasonable. If AD is traded, look for it being to a team that can send a $10-15 mil contract back, along with young talent/picks. Thanks to Mitch we had Kwame to deal for Pau, it would be nice to have Deng to deal for Davis.

Depends if we whiff on FAs and elect to use cap space as part of the trade.

Hayward was on his way back to form. This trade would allow the pels to get a lot back, match salaries and they can move on with Zion.

Hayward isn't a net positive in a trade. He's very expensive. More likely Smart and other pieces would have to fill in the cap difference.

Boston also could give the Grizz 2020 first round pick to the pels.

They could offer tatum,Brown,Smart plus 14,20,22 and 51 2019 pick.

They have the best package.

They could offer all those assets, but would they? I mean they could have offered them at trade deadline last season, but didn’t. They could
hope for a sign and trade, but AD would have to sign off on being traded to a depleted team. So if we use our logic, the question truly is: does
Danny feel in a gambling mood this off season, and does his ownership support the gamble? More over... if Kyrie bolts, does Boston rebuild with the assets they have in hand, with scary terry, Tatum, Brown, and Hayward, along with their picks?

Gonna go out on a limb and count Boston out of the AD sweepstakes. Been wrong before however.
