| I have my appointment this week and was wondering if anyone knows what the seat situation look like or if there are essentially no seats available (similar to last year)? |

I guess it depends on where your seats are now and what an upgrade would be for you but I had mine last Wednesday and there wasn't much available. My rep told me the renewal rate was 99% this year. |

| There were a lot fewer seats available this year, compared to last year (I had my appointment 2 weeks ago). The lower level only had single seats left. |
