You ask, who do you give up in the title.
But your poll is the opposite of who do you keep.

Please change your title/OP or this vote is going to be off.

[edit] thanks for the fix OP

Yeah I just voted for the one I'd trade without reading the OP.

You wouldn't have a choice really. If the Pels say give us both, odds are you're giving them both period.

They wanted Zo more than anyone else btw.

I voted Zo, but BI is my fave laker rn. I just think Lonzo being cost controlled for 1 more year, means he's more likely to stay. A lot also depends on the Max FA we get. Kyrie makes Lonzo less necessary, while Kawahi makes it easier to lose BI...hope those are our choices anyway!

to get AD....probably a 95% chance they both have to be included. The Pels are not taking a bunch of $2 Million salary players.

I picked Ball, but it was close for me. The extra year left on his contract and his court vision gave Ball the slight edge for me.

It comes down to Ball has a Lebron-Lite ceiling. Ingram has a Kawhi-Lite ceiling. Which would you prefer?

In a vacuum? Lonzo

But he makes more money than BI so he'll be traded out to match salaries if an AD trade comes to fruition.

I voted to keep BI. He's my dude.

BUT, I'd give them both up for AD. Especially if we get a max FA.

BI looked like a legitimate franchise player before he went down.

a trade would have to include both.
But I'd definitely trade BI first because:
1)his ISO game would not fit well in core of Lebron/AD/3rd MAX
2)he is a RFA next year.

I'm totally with this. We are basically in year 6 of a rebuild and have amassed some valuable pieces during that process. We have already let 2 of those valuable pieces go for basically nothing in Dlo and Randle. You definitely don't want to let the remainder go for anything less than a certain championship caliber potential roster and giving up Zo, Bi, #4 pick, and Kuz for Ad buries our depth and still doesn't make us a championship team. You're also banking on one half of the dynamic duo of dumb and dumber in Pelinka to actually surround Ad and LBJ with the right pieces with very limited options and resources to do so.
Laker fans just need to move on from this Ad fetish, we lucked out that New Orleans was too stupid to accept our asinine offer because that deal would've hamstrung our roster for a long time.
If AD really wants to come here then he can come as a free agent in 2020 and if he doesn't then that's fine. I'm ready to just let the youth develop and see what they got, we have already put 5 years in, another 2-3 won't kill us.
We are better off exploring Lebron trade options than AD ones

Just wait til the trade deadline in February. Then it's trading for two months of Anthony Davis until the season ends in April. And possibly some playoffs.

NO's price will come down. Why buy high? I see no reason to offer even the same deals as before. Last season it would've been two potential postseasons. Any trade now is only one.

On the other hand, it's risky for NO to go into the season with AD on the roster. He gets injured, they get zilch.

NO has a lot more opportunity to (bleep) up than do well here.

Bye bye Lonzo.

No jump shot, no free throw nor no layups.
