Story is true, how do you think he responds?

How predictable...

Only Kobe-haters like you care about this story.

You're probably the type of dude that got aroused when #flinchgate happened.

I would hope Kobe would tell the truth and say Rob got the movie wrong, but Kobe did have dinner with Heath. It wasn't Dark Knight, it was Broke Back Mountain.

Kobe could settle this right now with a quick tweet.

The fact that he doesn't makes me think Rob was telling stories.

But it would be such a weird lie. To connect it to the Knicks game, to recount a conversation with Kobe.

And then what's the motivation, to make Kobe look amazing? To impress the Rock?

Weird, weird, weird.

See Moby...
Hiding from his book tour because of a made up story about him and Natalie Portman.. derp

WHO CARES if the story is true or not... This was a rah-rah-rah speech to uplift team morale during a team building activity. Reporter was looking for anything to support the narrative of 'snake' but this is a nothing story

Why would any Laker fan want this soap to continue? Kobe
shouldn't do a Magic and reboot this crap to continue the
ESPN saga.

I dont understand why this is a story again? this happened awhile ago and I already heard this.

Have none of you ever told fake stories for the hell of it? Its actually impressive how crazy the story is and for Rob to tell it with a straight face, he really is good at telling a story and would be fun at a party

I've seen it reported everywhere. Are you referring to any one specific reporter?

So you have an issue only with Baxter Holmes?

I've seen it reported and talked about everywhere.

I have no issue, just saying that this is a non-story that's being blown up to support the narrative of Pelinka the snake. Like I said before, this is nothing more than somebody giving a speech to raise team morale, who cares if it's a metaphor, a fabricated story or a true story. It worked in the team building exercises

Sounds like Pelinka was just trying to help the staff find their inner "katra"
