He has an athleticism advantage and size advantage at the 4, and then with the guard skills, he should be absolutely living up high at the top of the arc. We need to give him lots of looks with the ball as Lebron or Cousins in 2 man games. You could use AD as a ballhandler while LBJ sets a screen. You could use Cousins as the screen setter. You can use Lebron as the ballhandler, or Cousins. There's so much you can do there with them, so long as they develop the right chemistry and timing. Teams will have a hard time understanding what to do defensively because you have players that can shoot from outside, drive as a guard, roll to the basket and finish.
I hope we make it simple - get two shooters starting in the backcourt. Use Lebron as the primary ballhandler. Use AD and Cousins similar to how Gentry used him. No complicated offense. Focus on defense this first season. Add more to the offense as the season evolves. Do not make it a cluster (bleep), just keep it simple early on. |
Who do you have as the 2nd shooter for our starting backcourt next to D Green? _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Watching the weather. New Orleans is going through another storm that's causing flooding in some areas. AD got out before the storm, got to Los Angeles to experience on of the worst earthquakes we've had in some time. Lucky it didn't hit LA hard. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hahaha, you're in no-man's land with that chilled Jameson man. Whiskey snobs will turn their noses up because it's Jameson... while regular folks don't care that it's chilled. |

When asked about what his long term goals with this team are, AD said "I'm focused on this year. When the time comes next year you can ask me that same question". Something along those lines. I know people will see nothing wrong with what he said, but I wish he would have said that he's committed to signing here in the future. |

He’s now from the Lebron/Klutch school of power and applying pressure on organizations to win.
Sometimes it’s a good thing, force the organization to stay sharp and committed to winning. |
