AD still behind McHale, KG, Dirk, Pau, Malone and Barkley (Timmy D and Bird are another level in the ‘kinda PF’ category)... but a ring will change some of this... the chip gonna make it feel like Kobe after his first chip

He is averaging 28 points and 10 rebounds per game on 65% true shooting, a mark matched by only Hakeem Olajuwon in a single playoffs. Los Angeles’s big man has hit 39% of his threes in his last 10 games, and in the postseason he’s made exactly 50% of shots between 10 feet and 20 feet.

I wouldn't say he's deferring. He is playing like he always does. People just have a hard on for perimeter players who dribble a lot.

If it wasn't for the FTs, AD would be putting up "50-40-90" percentage for this playoffs.

Need more boards.
Seems we're not getting enough paint opportunities.

I wish they didn't stop feeding him in the 3rd.
Seems they tend to do that when Bron re-enters.
But he was starting to cook in the 3rd.

Nice and simple: If the Lakers are "eliminated in the second round" I pay you $200. If they are not, you pay me $200. Cool?

Done. DM me for Venmo info.

Hey, don't you owe me $200?

Curious - you ever get paid, Landsberger?! Or is someone dodging because he ain't really got $200?! Hahahahaha.

Might be some correlation/causation shenanigans a little bit. Millsap guards him to start 1/2s when he's playing the 4 and the spacing is different. Outside of those minutes he gets to eat Jokic alive with ease at the 5. Although we did see a little Grant on him tonight.

The offense just does not have any rhythm when they are force feeding him. Lebron has to established that flow but he too keep taking bad shot after bad shot . Vogel is not doing them any favor by keep putting Kuz who keep hesitating even though he is wide open making the defense easier to collapse. AD need to control the boards though .

We really need to control the boards in the games moving forward.

Two keys to the game are limit turnovers and dominate the boards. The turnovers fueled their offense.

Lol nah man. The guy completely went back on his word so he wouldn't pay up.

Terrible bet Baron *SMH*

Just throwing money away

Lol I guess he wasn't throwing any money away, since he completely welched on this bet. Started coming up with excuses not to pay up (wanted to donate the $200 to charity "anonymously", said he didn't his real name being exposed on Venmo when he's the one who said to use Venmo as payment, etc.) Not a man of his word.

Haha, my friend owes me $100 from that series, and he would have owed me $200 if the Clippers somehow made it through on a double or nothing bet. He said he was happy the Clippers didn't get to face the Lakers, so he only owed me $100

Lol your friend sounds like a man of his word at least.

AD owned up to that, and i believe he will bounce back with a monster game. He hasn't had a "bad" game in a while. Full confidence in him going forward.
