His ankle should be in a cryogen as we speak.

Nice and simple: If the Lakers are "eliminated in the second round" I pay you $200. If they are not, you pay me $200. Cool?

Done. DM me for Venmo info.

Hey, don't you owe me $200?

Terrible bet Baron *SMH*

Just throwing money away

Lol I guess he wasn't throwing any money away, since he completely welched on this bet. Started coming up with excuses not to pay up (wanted to donate the $200 to charity "anonymously", said he didn't his real name being exposed on Venmo when he's the one who said to use Venmo as payment, etc.) Not a man of his word.

Dude that is some serious weak sauce. Pathetic.

Davis will be listed as doubtful for game 5 and he’ll score 30-40.

@LakersReporter

AD on his ankle: "Ankle feels fine. I got tonight, tomorrow, before the (next) game to get it (better)” … he added that he rolled it “pretty bad, but not too bad … I’ll be fine."

Man this guy is an injury scare waiting to happen

We just need to keep him healthy for like 6-7 more games

Let’s hope the ankle is ok because favoring that can cause other issues

He really kept us in it. Murray was making the most insane shots of the playoffs, and AD was keeping us in it with his counter punching. Hopefully the ankle is good and he comes back with another dominant performance on both ends. Would love to see more rebounds, but he is guarding 3 point shooters so it is to be expected.

Love seeing him out there with Howard. They really play well together, even he and Kief have good chemistry together as well. He's a really smart player out there it seems.

So far when AD has a good game, he kind of disappears the next game, but hopefully he has another good game and closes game 5 out for the Lakers.

AD’s entire playoff has been good games. He had one stinker. Cmon.

When AD went down, my heart stopped for a second there. This guy has put his balls on the line night after night for our team, and we should remember he is in year one as a Laker. He is carrying us nightly and truly emerging as a battle-tested playoff veteran, who is willing to sacrifice everything to win. He is embodying the Mamba mentality, and he is answering any and all questions about being "soft," "not ready," "unproven," etc. Nothing but respect for what he brings to the table for our team. If we win it all this year, AD is a HUGE reason why.

Does he really have a TS% over 90% in the 4th quarter in the playoffs?
I love that he can knock down his FTs.

This - he's our most reliable guy to ice games at the FT line.

One thing I'd like to see AD do better is dealing with double teams.

Otherwise he's doing as expected. What a player.

He is currently the 3rd leading PPG scorer in the playoffs behind MJ and Iverson.

He's almost passing Iverson (29.73 to 29.70).

Why do people say he’s not a guy who can be the #1 guy on a contending team? Third highest PPG plus DPOY level defense. Ridiculous how good he is.

Imagine if the Hornets had paired Chris Paul with AD rather than trading Paul.

The Lakers should really focus on getting a all-star PG to pair with AD, post-LBJ.

AD is our best scorer. That should be clear by now.

He just isn't there yet in terms of being able to run an offense. I wouldn't mind seeing him be a more versatile creator like Giannis. Remember, AD grew up as a guard and had an insane growth spurt so he can handle the ball. It's that successive coaches/teams from college to the NBA have told him to be a more traditional big man.

Thinking about the 2022 FA, who might be avaible to pair with him after LeBron?

On the rebounding side of things - Dwight Howard was grabbing rebounds for us like a madman. The Lakers out-rebounded Denver as a team and it was a big factor in the Lakers winning. Yep I'd like to see more rebounds for AD as well, but not everyone can hang back for the offensive boards, we won the second-chance points battle, and we still kept Denver's transition game in check, which tells me everyone executed their roles just fine, including AD.

Beal would be the target. But that's an eternity from now. Enjoy the next 5 wins!

Nuggets are dragging AD down to the 3pt line, can't blame him for having few rebounds
