Lakers fan should be excited. We traded away No.2's for a real NO.1 pick plus keeping Kuz and a Max spot. We can't have everything, Right!

Been watching a lot of youtube vids on AD lately. Here he is torching a perennially tough Blazers team in the playoffs. Can't wait to see him in person next season: _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

And fill in other role players.
I don’t care if you pull people from Dleague,
Fred VanVleet is nobody until you give him a chance and be a role player.
There are a lot of people that can play basketball at a high level.
Just not all of them gets to NBA, a lot of NBA players aren’t naturally role players, they just develop into one since there are only a few stars.
But you can really find role players anywhere that can do their job well.
If you have a lineup of
Kawhi
Kuzma
Lebron
AD
Anyone can be your point guard.
And please for love of God, avoid traps like
Kemba Walker
Jimmy Butler
Danny Green
These players are not worth the value.
Do everything you can to get Kawhi.
Patrick Beverly is a good piece too if he can come cheap. But we must get Kawhi.
Just out of curiosity how do you guys feel like AD's game will age
Unless you lose a 7 foot 6 inch wingspan with age he'll be fine. _________________ If Brandon Knight were to come out, I would take him number 1 in the draft. - Magic Johnson Mar 27, 2011
For all of you out there questioning Jimmer Fredette of BYU, he is the real deal. - Magic Johnson Mar 20, 2011
This trade in some way reminds me of Miami trading for Shaq. (Of the reverse Shaw trade.) They gave away a couple younger players (Odom and Caron), kept Wade, and then became champions.
Obv Shaq was at the end of his prime (or even past it) and AD is just entering it, but we have the reverse where he's coming to an end of prime-is James and we kept our youngin Kuzma.
So while the people/career placement of the guys involved were different, there are some similarities that hopefully result in us winning ringssss.
This Woj idiot now claims it’s the lakers pushing for July 6, not NOP
Did he say that?
Sounded more like Woj was just stating a detail, saying the Lakers were trying to get things done by July 6. Not necessarily saying that NOP didnt want to.

He'll hit his decline in his early 30s like KG imo. Right around the end of his next contract with us. It's a very good time to have him on the team. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Well, with no guarantees & not trading successfully for PG & Leonard, Magic has to overwhelm Pelicans with offer to get it done.
I thinking like Zubac BI, Hart, I’d even throw in Lonzo or multiple picks. Not sure if we can sign a very good player in summer, but we definitely need more shooters!
WOW, with Zubac unavailable. I guess you can say I nailed it!
Need lots of shooters!!! _________________ My Laker squad.

Since he can create his own shot, can hit from outside, and sink his FTs, could AD be the most clutch bigman in the league? _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."
