to me, the #1 need is a c who can defend embiid and jokic

1. warriors - if kd and thompson come back 100% for the playoffs - not likely.

2. denver - some what - would get someone to guard jokic

3. 76ers - yes if embiid can make it healthy through the playoffs - again get someone to guard their center

4. milwaukee - would not do anything special for them.

5. toronto - if kawhi leaves, then no. if he stays, what would you sign - someone to defend their pg?

6. houston - would not do anything special for them.

7. portland - no.

8. boston - no.

The Lakers worry me. I would try to overhaul management and improve the training and player development staffs.

I wouldn't worry about other teams at this point. I'd just go after the best players that are available with the cap space and room, and then see who was available for the minimum.

This is what pisses me off so much about Magic kicking Lopez to the curb. The "gift" that keeps on giving.

May not be what you are asking but the only team that worries me is the Lakers.

They have so much work to do to just form a competitive roster by the start of camp. Then they have to find a chemistry together as a team and coaching staff. All while needing to avoid FO dysfunction and a media circus.

And for good measure throw in championship expectations by impatient fans in the first year.

Can’t wait to see how the work it all out. The Lakers are their own worst enemy.

I can't compare our teams to other teams until we have a team. At the moment we have 3 NBA players.

Well AD is an elite defender. Maybe a big body like Joakim noah would be nice off the bench. I think it’s more important to make sure you can get perimeter defending and shooting Beverley, Green, Ross, and Ariza

Western teams that have improved the most in free agency:

The Jazz - actually a credible threat to win the Western Conference

The Mavs - some smart moves

IMO the Pels signing Reddick and trading for Favors is being overlooked. Adding a vet shooter and big man of their quality to that young roster is going to be entertaining. Predicting they earn a playoff spot. even with being reliant on young players.

If we land Kwahi, I'd go for the best available player whether he was a PG, SG or Center. I wouldn't worry about matchups.
