Why can’t the Lakers sign a max level player first and then complete the AD trade immediately afterward?

If we sign a max player, we will not have enough room under the cap to complete the trade, as reported. We would have to ship out more salary to trade after a max deal FA is signed.

Couple of things need to happen.
We need to trade out the rights to #4 to gain the cap.
Sign FAs.
Then trade for AD with part of the trade kicker waived and with Moe, IB, JJ added.

That takes some cooperation from the other 2 teams.
Still possible. But what sweeteners need to be added?
