CaHooka_Man!

That fourth quarter highlight video was a lot of fun to watch. Considering the woes the regular Lakers have had shooting the 3 over the last few years, it was amazing to watch this team shoot the ball so well.

What I wouldn't give for the visual of seeing a Caruso/Frankamp back court with Kawhi/LBJ/AD... lol

Jordan Howard looks like J.J. Barea out there; if he can keep this up, we should give him a 2-way contract. He can take people off the dribble and he can shoot, but he's tiny. Cacok is a high energy guy who can rebound and play some defense. The Sacramento announcers compared him to Montrezl Harrell. The big question is: can he rebound against real NBA players? If he can, then he's a keeper.

That 4th quarter comeback was a thing of beauty.

He's doing exactly what he said he would do. Meet with teams this week, then decide. Not sure why some of you are getting upset with him. He never said he was going to decide by today.

That 4th quarter was more competitive than the regular season squad at times. Fun to watch, always like to stick it to the Kings.

Norvell showed me he isn't afraid to take the big shot- add that he can shoot and has an actual shooting guard size, Norvell could help us IMO.

He has potential. I hope he develops, in the G-League, to a point that he could contribute some. That would be sweet.

Jordan Howard, D. Cacok, Nic Perkins have all shown good potential.

Zach Norvell's Game-Winning Triple Caps Furious Cali Classic Comeback

Quote:
Zach Norvell has only been a Laker for two days, but it’s already clear that he’s ready for the pressure.

Norvell proved that in the final day of the California Classic, when he sprinted to the left corner with 4.0 seconds left and buried the game-winning 3-pointer to lift the Lakers past the Sacramento Kings on their home court, 99-97.

How about Nick Perkins? 6'9 255 lbs who scored 20 points on 8-13 shooting, 7 rebounds and 2/2 3 pointers in 17 minutes against Sacramento.

Do you think he might actually be better as 4/5 compared to Arik Holman?

Maybe he can make the team?

I doubt if they make the Lakers but they could possibly get a camp invite; however they both would be great additions to the South Bay Lakers.

Nick Perkins is not on Julius Randle's level but their games are similar. High energy, big that loves contact, rebounds. Nick has shot well so far; we'll see how he does in Vegas.
Arik Holman has a nice skill-set too. He will need to gain a few pounds but his shot looks nice. His defense is also good.
