Westbrook is the last PG this team needs.

This is the best outcome for RW. He is not on the path to make 82 TD. Thats only important to him anyway.

Literally couldn't happen until Dec. 15th anyway. Lakers have no assets to trade for Westbrook unless they send out Lebron James so they would have to wait until hey can trade the free agents they signed.

You hate Lebron but you want a 40m aging Westbrook who shoots 1-13 on threes. You have got to be kidding me...

Like, we gave away all of our best assets to the Pelicans. Presti isn't going to take Caruso and a 2026 1st round pick.

There is no path for Westbrook to the Lakers that I can envision.

We are trying to squeeze a title out of Lebron/AD, and then will re-build around AD.

Westbrook would be a great fit with this team.

No stars are going to willingly come to the Lakers until LeBron is gone. So we have to trade for one. Even if means trading for someone else that nobody wants to play with.

As much as I would love to have DLo on our team, he wasn't an option that was available to us.

Some people don't seem to understand this. He was sign-and-traded. GSW made sure no one would even have a chance to offer DLO a contract. Indiana did the same thing to get Brogdon.

Even if we didn't wait for Kawhi we wouldn't have been able to get DLO, Butler or Brogdon.
