Game on. The Clippers made their move, they have done it before with Lob City and it never really got them anything.
Also the Clippers are trying to Steal LA and become the team. It ain't going to happen. It is going to be so much fun watching the Lakers punk them.

hope this motivates Lebron to find another gear, the silver lining is that this might rally Lakers fans to wholeheartedly get behind Lebron. I really dont want to see Kawhi raise the trophy in Staples next year  |

Kwak is being looked upon by the media as the best ever. They forgot that LBJ is still great. He got hurt and derailed our season.
He is rested and ready to prove who is the best.
Clippers over achieved. They took a healthy GSW to 6 games. Media keeps saying that. But GSW underestimated them and were cruising.
The sum of parts have to fit for the Clippers. These Clipper players now have to take a back seat. We will see how they deal with that. Ask Kyrie and Boston how that worked out.
Laker role players know their role. |

Toronto avg 50 wins past 5 years and added Kawhi. This clipper core overachieved and PG is a known choker. Let the media tell you clippers are better and well show them on the court.
Dont forget is Klay doesnt get injured most likely theres a game 7 and anything could have happened |

i wouldnt say they added, they upgraded
The clippers overachieved to 48 wins and you can argue upgraded Galinari, Shai to PG
AND ADDED KAWHI.
they are going to be a lot better

| Sad that 28-year old Kawhi needs more load management than 34-year old Lebron with 9 more seasons of basketball played + postseason mileage. The Clippers won the big prize and are a title favorite, but it doesn’t come without its drawbacks. Only time will tell whether it was all worth it, and let’s see if they’re able to manage Kawhi’s body and unique personality as well as Toronto did. |

That would be true if wishes actually caused injuries but they don't unless you believe in voodoo curses or something.

You know I Know Lebron as LeGM gets flack but at least he’s upfront. Everyone knew he wanted to join Bosch and Wade before he did. Everyone suspected if he went to Cleveland then Love for Wiggins would happen. And the fact he wanted to play with AD was telegraphed for everyone in advance as well.
KL took this to a whole other level. He basically wanted the Lakers as a decoy - they were, at best, option 3 (if that). He was not upfront about that and his mouthpiece Carter kept saying no one team was in the lead. We now know that’s bogus. He is one cold dude and not in a “oh that’s cool” way. Lakers were used as the threat to get raptors and clippers in a bidding war for PG13.
Btw the other head scratcher is the fact the Thunder limited their options to 2 teams to bid for PG13. How do they know they couldn’t have done better if an open bidding war began?
Anyway I know I’m venting but this really shows the Lakers really have a lot to learn moving forward and 2 years (summer of giannis) to get their reputation up. They need to be the ones plotting these game of throne maneuvers instead of being the Starks at the red wedding. |
