Boogie. He's a walking mismatch if even 80% healthy.

I voted Boogie because like others have said IF he gets his self right that will be the best bang for your buck signing in FA.

BUT after thinking about it more I gotta go with Lebron! I think most of us expect him to come out and play MVP level but I wonder what happens if Lebron starts to sit back and feed the ball to AD! I think Lakers need MVP Lebron this year more than anyone

Raptors only had 2 "All-Stars" until Siakam ascended to complete their big 3.

It's probably wishful thinking, but I hope Kuzma has a similar breakthrough.

The depth is the X-factor. We can go 12 deep every game. We can play any combination of the non-starters for an entire half and probably not give up the lead. This team is a D'Antoni dream team. We can rest Lebron and AD for an entire half and still win many games with our depth.

Is there another team out there with our depth?

Danny Green's defense and TS%

For me the X factor will be defence. So I love the fact we have Danny Green. He has great knowledge on how to play defence and the schemes/skills involved and knows/has all of #2 defensive knowledge. He will pass that information on to the coaching staff and players and make us a better defensive team schematically and skill wise.

I went with Boogie because, even with the achilles, he's been more effective in spurts than Kuzma, who will need a miraculous improvement in shooting to be effective with his style of play.

Rondo and KCP, those two players became so much underrated among our fans that's really hard to understand.

I expect that both of them will play big role next season.

In the sense of a traditional X factor, which player - aside from AD and LeBron - is most likely to be the highest impact player ?

I guess Kuzma is the guy.

He has the best chance and in a long odds sense: the worst chance. He's a scoring forward on a team with two All-NBA scoring forwards. But since it figures that LeBron and/or AD will break down physically to miss significant PT, Kuzma can slide right into a vacated slot without the team having significant alteration in terms of where the points must originate. Better still, Kuzma can come off the bench to score even when AD or LeBron rest mid-game.

mcgee.

he is being overlooked in all this. he was our best player last year....EASILY. if lbj does the right thing, mcg can can a lot of easy points. we have a lot of "stars" and if a lot of attention is paid to them, it leaves role players open for easy buckets. and nobody is going to be in a better position than mcgee. i hope he averages lots of points.

The X factor will be Caruso not needing to see the floor except for scrub time. That means everything else is working.

I think Boggie.

Some think Kuzman is a x factor. Truth is, Kuzma is a given not a x factor.

If anyone remembers the beginning of last year, Kuzma was scoring 20 or more almost every night with Lebron and he hit plenty of 3s. But than he got injuried and I think try to come back before he should of because the team needed him. So I think his poor play was a "fluke."

Thereby I see it as a given that Kuzma will be a star next year. So I count him out as a x factor. Fortunately, many people around the league are missing this, they are thinking about Lebron and Davis. And this is a good thing.

Avery Bradley is the X-Factor. His performance as a secondary ball handler and the point of attack defender is a potential force multiplier.

Voted for Kuz but AB isn't far off...maybe only did so also because of my stan-ness.

AB 'playing well' ie to to the best of his ability, more or less, is more likely to translate to a W outside 3 & 23.

It’s gotta be Boogie.

This guy has had 50 point and 20 rebound games before. Boogie, AD and Rondo during their time in New Orleans were a tough bunch to get a win against.

This might be his last chance at reeling in a big contract after this season.

An seeing how much slimmer he looks in that interview with Geeter a couple days ago he’s coming back this upcoming season hungry.

Boogie or Bradley.

Kuzma is not for me even an option for x factor. We expect from him certain things already. From Boogie I do not expect anything so he can make a bigger influence. Bradley also even from him we can expect already something. Boogie is like a wild card.

Anyone can be the X factor and we can tell who that is/was in hindsight once the future reveals the truth.

But. Having said that, based on what the players have shown so far, Cousins is the obvious X factor imo. He could be the 3rd superstar if he returns at least to 80%. Cousins at >80% = cleat championship favorite.

This. We need Bradley to help LeBron push/bring the ball upcourt and (at times) create and hit his own shot. That means that other than Kuzma and Boogie, Bradley will be an x-factor in his own right.

If he does all that along with playing pressure D on opposing guards, it would really help us win the championship.
