He is a huge part of the Lakers defense. I do not know of any one else who can do what he does, in terms of fighting through screens and being as physical as he is.

For defense, it makes sense to start Caruso.

Caruso-Green then Rondo comes in, and Caruso can move to the 2. Then Cook comes in, and Rondo can move to the 2 defensively a bit. After that you finish with the best 2 guards of that night. Something like that.

Sounds about right. Rondo's value comes from being able to run the bench

Is that a new time line or are you guessing?

Most hairline fractures usually take 6 to 8 weeks.

The Doc on twitter is saying 2-3 weeks.

I dunno if they did a precautionary MRI after the X-ray was negative the first time around.

Looks like KCP will make himself available to play. This is his opportunity and he should take advantage if he can play.

Dr Clapper orthopedic surgeon is saying 2 weeks because it’s a non weight bearing bone

KCP on Fox? Don't know if I like that match up. I do not mind KCP for very short bursts, because he does play defense and can make some athletic plays which is what an older vet team needs. However starting? The last time he did it was not so good.

Think we should go with either Caruso or Quinn.

So far most of our injuries this season have been minor, thankfully it looks like Bradley’s injury is a non-issue, I mentioned before the season started that I’m fine if our players have to substain injuries from here and there just as long as we know they can recover in due time, last year that wasn’t the case and it was frustrating.

LOVED his defensive intensity and the offensive outlook he provided, he will be missed. Injuries are a part of the game, rather have it in the 2nd week of November than say Feb/March.

Now it's time for KCP to step up, I got this feeling if he doesn't...his name will be the most rumored on the trade block

Healthline says 12-16 weeks. But that is to heal, not play.

They put a couple of leeches on it and called it good.

Fox has missed the last couple of games, I haven’t checked the game thread to see if he is playing.

Fox is probably out 6 to 8 weeks. Has a grade 3 ankle sprain. Like Lonzo had. Could be longer. He is in a walking boot

It's a head bone fracture near his hairline. (Continue Johnny Dangerously-like disinformation grapevine).

We have an easy stretch of games coming up, which is nice. Heal up champ, we'll need you come playoffs

I think Caruso can fill in nicely for Bradley while he's out, with KCP still coming off the bench. I like how Caruso plays with Lebron

Erm ... I just went to healthline:

Because it usually takes up to six to eight weeks to completely heal from a hairline fracture,

https://www.healthline.com/health/hairline-fracture

Important to note it says UP TO six to eight weeks

It weight bears, just about 8% so 2 weeks is a good estimate as long as there is no nerve involvement.

Yeah, that's what Klapper and a DPT on twitter are both saying. Not sure why there's so many on LG saying 6-8+ weeks

KCP has to start if he’s playing. I like Caruso off the bench and play more minutes. Whoever is on between Quinn and Daniels should get the rest.

Also Fox is out. Kings has been playing better lately though.
